What an amazing experience from start to finish. I cant fault the team but especially Louis Jefferies who was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Any questions I had was answered with ease. But, what I also like about Lloyd Mini / BMW South Lakes, i didn’t feel forced or pushed into buying a car! It’s the first time using this garage but, most definitely wont be the last. Buy from a quality establishment and you most certainly receive a quality service in return....one very happy customer �

Routine service. They said it would take an hour and a half and it did. Free wifi and coffee etc. All a very good experience. Friendly and helpful staff. I drive past other dealers to go here for this reason.

If you are looking for a new car, more specifically a BMW, wherever you live in the � UK a trip to Lloyd’s will be worth it.



From the get-go, the customer service has been beyond fantastic. Firstly, I enquired via the BMW website. Within 24 hrs someone had called me back. �(Interestingly, I called 4 other BMW dealerships the same day....I’m still waiting for a call back!�)



After a short phone call to discuss my needs, came the video of the car. The lovely Jonathan Jeffries (I think that’s the surname) took the time and trouble to send me said video. It showed me every detail of the car I was interested in. No making any unnecessary journeys for me at 5 hours a time! I had a showroom experience on my iPhone� - amazing!



Enter then the equally lovely Robert (sorry I forgot the surname) who then discussed all of the financial options available to me. I made my decision and was not forced or made uncomfortable choosing my method of payment (bank transfer). We know dealerships make money from finance, but let me say that there was no pressure, just lots of options for my consideration and a cost saving. Had I gone with BMW finance I’d have saved about £50 a month actually, but for ease, I took a different route. This is good to know, particularly if you are on a budget or simply don’t want to get fleeced. High 5 for your professionalism in this area Lloyds! �



Once I’d decided this was THE car for me, I arranged to drive from Southampton to the Lake District. I even asked to drive the car away today. I was able to sort the money transfer yesterday. The team bent over backwards to assist me. Even speaking with my bank to have their details verified before the money was transferred.



Today, I arrive at Lloyds BMW in Grange Le Sands. The first thing I picked up on was the friendliness of everyone. As a confident woman, it’s still daunting walking into a dealership....alone! I was met with a coffee as promised on a phone call on Friday and did paperwork, was given a thorough lesson in my cars features including how to control an automatic vehicle (I was a rank amateur), a little test drive and boom....me and Elvis � (my 5 series name �) were on the way home!



Let me tell you what this experience has taught me;



1) This dealership is woman friendly (and guy friendly too; but guys do this stuff normally, right!)



2) The entire team are lovely - but definitely feeling the love for Jonathan and Robert for their outstanding demonstration of customer service at its best. I’m impressed guys and trust me, I’m not impressed by much!! �� What a team you make’



3) My needs were met....truly.



4) The owner Mr Lloyd (?) needs to give these guys a raise!



5) I will buy my next car from Lloyds.



6) The attention to customer service is second to none....I was even sent a text and photo last night showing my new car locked up for the night. I loved that detail.



So.....thank you for helping me find my car! The doc says you rock!!



Lastly, please can someone ensure that Mr Lloyd, the owner sees this feedback.

Brilliant service, ever so helpful, professional and competent. We had a messy situation where work needed doing on behalf of another BMW dealership. After 3months of getting nowhere with that dealership, lloyds had the situation worked out in an hour and a half. Nothing was too much trouble and the work done was excellent. 4 days ago, I was lucky to meet a group of very very helpful and competent people at Lloyd South Lakes BMW. If it was not for Garreth, Georgia and their colleagues, we would still be seeing our precious holiday time dying away in the absolut remote countryside near Ulpha, 10 miles from the next supermarket, without a car. We have used Lloyds south lakes quite a bit recently. We had problems with a car not bought from them but they dealt with us very well. The car had a difficult to diagnose problem but they would not be beaten-they had it four times in 2 weeks and eventually after much investigation they sorted it. The service was excellent. They gave us a loan car for 4 days,which was very helpful. We will recommend them to any bmw owner whether its old or new. Thank you again
