The store has a good staff, accommodating but you have to wait for your turn as they’re all busy assisting customer. That was my second time to buy an LV bag at selfridges and my experience was always satisfied they’ve all got everything in one place.

Sebastian was fantastic from browsing to the final transaction he’s very very good at his job, I would definitely go back again in the near future thank you x

Very disappointed with the service at this Manchester store yesterday

I was made to wait in a queue system which I understood because the shop was very busy & I told the assistant what I was looking for on arrival when she took my name, I not only thought I had been forgotten about as was what looked like I was the last in this queue & their were no other customer left but after waiting longer than I was told I would be they did not have either of the items I had mentioned on my arrival...what a complete waste of time! It looked to me in observing whilst sat there was that some customers got treated better than others, bad customer service and I never remember this store being this bad in previous experiences...I will not be taking my custom there agsin I will shop direct with Louis Vuitton on-line or through another department store!
