I couldn't be more happier with my experience at the shop and with my purchases. Janet was wonderful and personally dealt with everything. I will definitely be back.

For the record I walked away with 4 pairs of robells. The most perfect trouser I've ever had. The fit is amazing.

Fabulous selection of colours and styles to suit all ages - I have 2 daughters that both have Lucy Cobb pieces in their wardrobes, aswell as my 77 year old mum! Everyone is so easy to deal with, & not living close I love the online service. Always a lovely way to spend an afternoon!! �

I visited Lucy Cobb this week and was unsure which Robell trousers to buy. Janet spent some time with me advising on the correct style/fit and I eventually bought a pair of patterned Rose 09s. It was lovely to have some help particularly as I was so indecisive! Thanks so much.

I purchased a pair of Robell Anna, I am 5’ 2” size 8/10 I purchased a size 36 regular & they fit just great. I have worn them with my heels & also flats & each time I have felt fab in them. They wash great & don’t need ironing lol . Would def recommend. X

Not only do they always have a fabulous selection of the latest fashions for all occasion’s - the ladies are so professional and brilliant at helping style and making your feel comfortable. I’ve also attended one of the Lucy Cobb Fashion shows and was blown away again about how professional, well organised and how much passion is put into the whole event. 100% recommend xxx

I have several pairs of Robell trousers from Lucy Cobb because once you see how comfortable they are you want one in every colour, the is my favourite clothes and accessories shop, nothing is too much trouble and every customer is treated like a friend, and advise you with your purchases.

I came in today . A lovely young lady called Emily helped me . I must have tried on about 20 pairs of trousers! Emily was sooo patient and helpful with me ! Nothing was too much trouble and she was very honest . I will definitely be back . Every lady need a honest Emily while shopping on her own . Stunning pieces of clothing and super staff . I always find something that I love to wear in this shop, be it for going out or casual wear . The styles and designs cater for all age groups of women and this reflects in the ages of the staff, that work at the store, this is a huge plus in my opinion. In addition, the staff are really helpful with style or colour selections if you require. Equally they’ll let you get on with your shopping in peace if you want to. This shop is definitely worth a trip to Uppermill for. The Facebook page and website is updated regularly too and worth looking at before you make a trip to the store. Happy shopping � � � x

Great online customer service and communication as wanted to purchase an item that was out of stock . I was messaged as soon as it was back in. Item arrived securely and really quickly. I really like my new shirt and hope to visit the shop in person soon. Would recommend.
