Lumiere Building, Manchester Description
The Lumiere Building, just on the edge of Manchester city centre, is an award winning residential development that offers contemporary luxury normally associated with 5 star hotels.
Up on the 9th floor find Pure Balance, our exclusive residents health club, where there's a Sauna to soothe your aches and pains after working out in your very own gym, and outside on our large roof terrace there's even a large bubbly hot tub to relax in.
Pure Balance also offers personal training, massage and free gym inductions to all residents, finishing off the 5 star living for our residents.

Dear Residents,
... As I’m sure you are aware there have been many changes here at Lumiere over the last few months due to a change to the building management and ownership.
We have received a lot of questions and comments from residents regarding the gym, especially the recent closure of it, however the closure was overseen by the new building management, not Pure Balance, and has been completely out of our control.
Sadly, as a result of these changes, Pure Balance is no longer involved in the running of the leisure facility on the 9th floor, and we are no longer providing health and fitness services within the building.
We wish the new management well, and have been assured that issues in the gym, such as broken gym equipment or the hot tub being out of action, that were persistent with the previous building management, have now been rectified, and should not be an issue for residents in the future.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for our 7 years at Lumiere, and remind you that you are all welcome at our other sites in Salford Quays and at Skyline Central in Manchester city centre, where we offer a range of health and fitness services, from personal training to physiotherapy and swimming lessons.
