Ma'At Martial Arts Temple System - Stockport

It was M.A.T grading day on sunday with 25 students , 5 of whom were from romiley class. Well done to all who went and particpated and to those seniors who didnt grade but helped out on the day.

Grading time is nearly here so just a few reminders. All grading forms to be handed in before the grading on the 9th dec. All senior students and senseis who cannot attend, please inform sensei directly. Students should be at the centre by 9 a.m. Thank you.

M.A.T welcomes our two newest member's, Steve and Harvey, into the familey. For steve its a welcome back as he trained with M.A.T some years ago and has re joined with his son Harvey. All of us hope you enjoy your training with us.

Unfortunately class is cancelled this Saturday, however if you need your weekend martial arts sesion remember Manchester dojo is open on Sunday.

Well done to all our students who graded on sunday, great effort. Thanks all the senior students who weren't grading but came to help out. This is part of the ethos of our school, we all help each other to learn, grow and progress . M.A.T Familey.

Good class today preparing for our students next grading with the added bonus of a suprise visit from 7th Dan Chief Instructor Sensei Joe Wray, who took the class. Thank you Sensei.

Due to instructors being away , this Saturdays class will be cancelled. Monday night and Thursday are still running as normal.

Tonight we had a new junior member join the M.A.T family, 5 year old Freya , who had a great first session to start off her martial arts training with us.

Size and power are not as important in martial arts as proper technique. Here one of our junior members throws a larger opponent. Well done Henry keep up the good work.

The M.A.T familey altogether for our summer fun day, bowling and then food at pizza hut. Biģ thanks to Sensei Joe Wray for organising this for us all.

Just a reminder that there is no class this Saturday , instead we have the summer fun day at parrs wood bowling. Starting at 12 noon for those who are going.

Monday: 20:30 – 22:00 – Adults Class Thursday: 18:30 – 20:00 – Family Class Saturday: 10:00 – 12:00 – Family Class
