We are launching a new Kids Ninja training course for under 10s running Thursdays 16:00-17:00.
... There are only 8 places available (some of which may be taken by those smiled on our waiting list today) If you want a place on the team and are able to enrol your child in August then please get in touch asap!
A place on the team costs £30 per calendar month and is paid month by month for as long as they want a place. First come first served.
All sessions are ran as small group personal training sessions designed to set your child up for life with a whole host of new skills. Apply now by message to register your interest!

Have you ever wondered what a class at MACHINES might be like? Tonight we had 13 participants with 2 coaches, as you can hear both coaches are constantly pointing out form corrections, we barely stop to come up for air... Just as importantly, we physically help clients to get into the right positions for exercise. In a session like tonight we NEED 2 highly skilled coaches to ensure everyone gets the quality they deserve. at least 3 clients in tonights class have never used a TRX before, Yet they left with new skills. MACHINES, You get what you pay for!

Wow, my daughter had her 8th birthday party her and had an absolutely amazing time. John and Ryan were great with the children and they changed the activities appropriately to each child's ability. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and will hopefully be returning in the near future.

Wow what a amazing place had my boy/girl twins bday party here and it was amazing the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves ( even the zombie ) I find bday parties extremely stressful however this was an exception to the point I was able to join in and had a amazing time all the children didn't want to leave and want to come back the instructors were brilliant and patient with such a large group that had several different age ranges in it no child was left out this place is amazing and cannot recommend it enough thankyou for a fabulous party

What an amazing experience Ryan and his friends had for Ryans 6th birthday. All children were engaged and involved in all the activities. Thank you John for a party Ryan will never forget.

We went to Machines for the first time today and we have an awesome morning. Definitely a fun and challenging way to get and keep fit and build up strength! Everyone was really lovely and John a brillant coach, would highly recommend and we can't wait to go again :-)

We had an 8th birthday party with John. The boys had a great time, John was great with all the kids and tailored the challenges to meet individual abilities. They loved the nerf party!! Would definitely recommend and book again. Xx

They work with you on an individual level even in class. I have had problems with my back for years, and after years of zero exercise they are helping me to strengthen my back. PT sessions are tailored to what you need and correction. Classes are small so again you are corrected so you get the most out of each exercise. I can honestly say I have gone from hating exercise to where I can't wait for each session! Thanks Kathy & John for giving me that motivation.

Not just any old easter Egg hunt, but a well thought out combination of hunting for hidden eggs, along with challenges.

The games were directed at varied abilities, nobody was left out even the little ones rose to the challenge and won an egg for their team, as did the parents �

Last Saturday my son had his 10th birthday party and it was amazing! The kids enjoyed the ninja obstacle course. Both instructors were excellent and patient as it was a big group. I thoroughly recommend this place. Thank you for making his day extra special.

John & Ryan created a great Birthday event, ensuring there was fun for all and challenges for those who were more competent, which I think surprised both coaches.



Eldest is already asking to go back as felt like he'd only just got there, clearly the 2 hrs flew by!

I used machine's congleton today for my boys birthday party, it was amazing, John was fantastic with kids and every one of them had a brill time.

The service was excellent right from first contact to after the party.

I will definitely be using machin exercise studio congleton again.

Saturdays are for walk-ins or booked, one hour slots with help from John who runs the show.

He is very informative, friendly and helpful.

There is lots to do for all abilities and opportunity to progress each time you go.

We have already booked for next month knowing full well this place will book up fast!

Something Congleton should be very proud of and has needed for a long time!

I was worried it would be too much for4/5 year olds, but the team pitched it just right with friendly competition and fun tasks all adapted for age ability and safety always coming first!
