We all know exercise is important, but did you know that exercising after you have your baby can improve your physical and mental wellbeing. Not only does it restore muscle strength and increase fitness, but exercise makes you LESS TIRED thanks to all those endorphins that raise your energy levels. And the icing on the cake is it also improves your sense of wellbeing. Pretty crucial for a mum huh!
