Wow last night was absolutely amazing! The Oompah show had us laughing, dancing and singing! Such a good experience! One of the best nights out I've ever had, from winning a competition me and my friend we brought about 14 people altogether and the service was super good, you couldn't fault it! Thank you again for such a lovely night �

Went on saturday for a friends 40th First time ever and had a great night. The Show had us laughing, dancing and singing! Such a good experience and atmosphere. X

Went in for a drink on our day out in Manchester for our wedding anniversary! Was pleasantly surprised when we walked in! It was dark with tv's on every wall (much to my husbands delight) and even had a huge games room with pool tables, ping pong tables and it even had shufl boards! And bigger and better tv's covering walls .... it had a great atmosphere and cheap drinks will defiantly be back x

Love the atmosphere when u get down stairs .great selection of beers.really great bar staff.great music as well.everybody just having a great time

I’ve been going to Bierkeller for a while and not only have the food/ drinks been amazing but the staff and their customer service as well! For an example, one member of staff who stands out is Hayley as every time I’ve seen her, she has really put everything into making sure the customers have a wonderful time!

I went to my first open mic at the Bierkeller tonight and I am very glad I did! Lovely big room with a fantastic PA, very professionally managed open mic, great staff - and cheap drinks. I look forward to coming back every couple of weeks or so. Thank you!

I was a lucky winner of a competition on Friday night so I received FREE entry to the oompah band for 6, 6 free pints AND 6 free shots. Unfortunately I only managed to turn up with one friend on the night but we still received all 6 pints between us and 4 shots. We had a lovely young lady making sure we were ok all night and offering table service if needed. The oompah band were fantastic and friendly, and the entertainment on a whole was ace. We loved the whole experience, and will definitely be returning again. (We have been a few times before, without the freebies �, and still just as enjoyable). I can't recommend this place enough. Love, love, love it �

I feel obliged to give a review after spending an amazing few days there watching the world cup.

The staff were amazing even when it was packed there wasn't many problems getting served pretty quick and the staff including security were very friendly under pressure.

Well played bier keller I did try a couple of other venues but they didn't come close in terms of service and being organised...great place will be back soon and thanks.

First visit to Bierkeller in Manchester. Once you get downstairs the bar is extensive with draught and bottled beer.



Was there for a Christmas Party and the staff were friendly and helpful.



The only down side to the venue was the amount of TV screens dotted around the bar we were in. I would have rated higher if not for that.

Bierkeller is always a good night out, except this one. Worst Bierkeller I've been to

"free shots" were watered down Apple Sourz, weren't allowed anything else. Music was teadiuos with bass tuned way too high. Bar staff pulled their face when we placed an order, then got it wrong and pulled their face more.

My friends and I (5 in total) were the only people at the bar upstairs and the service was very slow and half the drinks were out of stock.

Visited last night. signs all over (including downstairs) stating it was happy hour yet when we went to the bar we were told it wasn’t, happy hour apparently is only upstairs and the range of alcohol very limited. Very disappointed in this false advertising and find it utterly ridiculous that you can walk upstairs get your drinks for half the price to bring them downstairs anyway.

Turned up to what I thought was going to be a relaxing enjoyable night, to be told I couldn't enter because I was wearing a cap by two very overweight so called doormen. I didn't want to create a scene as I didn't want them to get out of breathe chasing me around. If they had stuck in at school they wouldn't be working the doors for minimum wage. Well done guys we will spend our money elsewhere and highly not recommend this place to anybody.

Poor, poor, poor. At exactly 6.50pm security threat drag us out(his words)as we had a 6month old baby on our group. We were just after having dinner (very mediocre btw). When trying to understand and access the situation my partner was told if he would insist the security would not let anyone else in "Brazilians" he meant as we were there to watch the match. Please note the place was empty upstairs as the crowd was downstairs. In conclusion: Terrible beer, terrible food, even worse service not to mention rudeness and racism from security. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. We are also notifying the authorities such as human and consumer rights and city council.

I was singled out refused to be let in for no reason out or a group of 9 friends i am in my 40s a respectably professional person the door man was abusive and nasty i will be taking this further..I have the door man picture but there is no option to post on here but it’s on every social network

Called on a Monday night to meet friends, quiet but took 10 minutes to get served. If you like proper beer forget it. Only bitter on was John smiths. About 10 lagers to choose from! I had the worst pint of moretti I’ve ever had. Then served in PLASTIC pint pots, ridiculous.
