I went to see Francis after being recommended by an aromatherapist friend - 2 days before doing the London Marathon with a knee injury I wasn't sure if there's anything he could do. A charming man and straight to the point - he managed to manipulate my hips and shoulders to ease up my knee and gave me some moves to do.... needless to say I did the run relatively pain free up to mile 25 - and I definitely have him to thank! I'll be back for more corrective work and have already recommended him to friends and family as I think it's worth everyone seeing an osteopath as they discover things you wouldn't ever know about! :)
