came here yesterday afternoon for an early dinner before my son was in a show at the floral. Wonderful quirky place to eat, really great food, quick service, really friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you, wonderful relaxed atmosphere, had come here on a recommendation and can see why. we definitely be back. thank you !

Went out for tea 09.07.18 as always the food was wonderful. Recommend the Buttermilk chicken. The service was excellent and special mention goes to Andy and Flis as nothing too much trouble for them.

Will continue to eat here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, great food, surroundings, music and service �

Visited yesterday for brunch with my husband and little one. The staff explained there would be a wait on the food as it was so busy (which we didn’t mind as they explained as we ordered) the food actually arrived fairly quickly anyway. The staff were friendly and welcoming even though it was heaving and they were rushed of their feet. Food was really good and hot. Drawing pencils and paper and some toys etc available to keep the little ones entertained too

Visited today with my husband. He is currently on palliative chemotherapy and enjoyed the mocktails so much I asked a lovely member of staff about where I could get the ingredients from. She went above and beyond to explain the process of making them and where to obtain the ingredients. It was very busy but she made the time for us...what exceptional customer service! To top it all off the meal was lovely and it was the first meal my husband has enjoyed and finished in weeks. Thank you very much we are looking forward to returning �

Today we went to the Marino Lounge to celebrate my Wife's Birthday. They don't usually take bookings for weekends but they went above and beyond to accommodate us all.



The food and drinks were great too, as always.



Lots of veggie, vegan and gluten free options too. I would recommend it to anyone!

Lovely cosy place down at Marina Point. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and great assortment of food/drinks/cocktails/mocktails. Caters for gluten free and vegetarian too. Dog friendly so you can take your pooch in after walking along the prom. Made this a regular place to visit now.

Visited yesterday before going to Floral Pavilion with grand daughter. It was very busy. We waited a long time for our food. When it came we had to eat quickly or we would have been late for show. Food was lovely but long wait spoiled the experience. I would say the place needs more staff.

I love it here, visited at the weekend and our waitress (lady with pink hair and cool tatts) was awesome and really made an effort with us. Our food was great, I am just done waiting to order or it would have been 5 stars. Seriously, please get some table service on the go! I don't go out for a meal with friends to stand at the bar for 10 minutes whilst they all catch up - and again when I want a drink or dessert. That aside - it's fab!

Came in today for brunch, the blonde lady in the purple top served us with a face like a smacked arse. No personality and clearly no customer service skills. She delivered our food it was the most awkward and unpleasant experience.

My vegetarian meal had bacon in it, and when I told the female member of staff, she took it to the chef who said that it was 'cheese that'd been overcooked and changed colour' or something ridiculous.

Funny I've never seen pink macaroni cheese before that tastes like meat and is cut into little squares and is sinewy like bacon. Oh and bacon is on the menu as an extra you can add to the meal. I didn't, as I'm vegetarian. And it's really upset me so much that I won't be going back there, shame as it's dog friendly and close to the beach.

Just been to marino lounge in New Brighton for a vegan pulled Jack fruit burger which I was looking forward to for a while. Managed to eat half the burger before realising there was cheese on the burger �� had to run the toilet and try to bring up my meal down the toilet. Very unacceptable!!! Was so happy to have found a decent vegan menu but obviously there not quite there yet. Very disappointed and my body feels totally violated. Will not be chancing it there again!!!!

Dreadful service sat fir 25 mins before one of us received our drink, when it arrived the wiaitress accidentally knocked it over my friend. This would not have happened if the filthy dish laden table had been cleaned on one of the five previous times we asked. after askied The food was not very hot when it arrived and freshly squeezed orange juice was out of a carton. Overall a poor experience
