We just sold our house with Mark Antony and we would recommend them to everyone. The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Katie and Jenny who went above and beyond. Thank you so much for helping us through our house sale.

We have just bought our first home through Mark Anthony, and honestly could not have asked for a better estate agent to be buying our house through. Katie and Jenny were fantastic and were very quick in responding to any queries we had and dealing with issues we had with regards to solicitors etc. Made buying our first home an enjoyable and straight forward experience! We have had to move house 3 times in the past 4 years and Mark Antony were by far the friendliest and most professional agents we used. Would definitely recommend Amy and her colleagues to anyone looking to rent in the Warrington region.

We found a property for sale advertised by Mark Antony Estates so made enquiries. Viewing was arranged immediately, several offers rejected however Katie arranged a second viewing and kept regular contact with ourselves and the vendor until a price was agreed.Throughout the purchase we received email updates and the team contacted both ours and the vendors solicitors before ringing us with an update every Monday. The whole process from viewing in February to collecting the keys in April was impressive.

We cannot praise Jenny, Mark and Katie enough. They went above and beyond the call of duty in advising us on how to deal with an extremely awkward tenant and in arranging her eviction from our property. They then went forward to sell the house for us. The whole team is totally efficient, extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They are a pleasure to deal with and we would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services. They are without a doubt the most experienced and delightful team to work with and if ever we need advice on purchasing or selling another property, they are the only Agents we would contact. They offer market competition rates but crucially offer a significantly better level of service than I've found elsewhere. Called in to Warrington branch after seeing the house I had my eye on back in November, which was at the time sold. But after glancing through Right Move, I noticed the "Sold" sign had been removed. Next day I walked past the house on my dog walk, just to have a peep, and yes, the "Sold" sign had been removed. I scurried down to Mark Anthony estate agent's, who the house was marketed by, and a lovely young lady called Katie dealt with my enquiry. The rest is history, we are about to complete next Friday 16th March. Thank you Katie and the team for all your prompt callbacks, answering all my queries and putting up with my excitement from start to finish, especially Sonia too, the lady who has had to put up with me most Friday afternoons @ 5pm when I've just wanted to go and have a little peep with excitement. The range of properties where better than other agencies I had looked at and I instantly felt safe and looked after when I got in touch. They sent me a list of properties that fit my criteria, showed up to my viewing which to me is a big deal as I have been stood up my other agencies on previous occasions. They helped me though every step of the process even fast tracking me to ensure that the following Monday, I had the keys in my hand. It was sorted within a week. I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness, help and service. I feel safe with them as a letting company and feel I will be well looked after as a tenant thanks to Laura, Jenny and Leah.
