Been a long road back to this depth.... ongoing issues with knees meant taking a step back and addressing the problem. Lots of stretching, foam rolling, trigger point, and just dynamic warm ups.
Started with lots of isolation work and eccentric movements rather than looking at weight/volume.

#FOCUS - Getting close to my next holiday now, always the time the diet and training seems so much harder - But also the time that focus is most important.
