Our full time dedicated dojo, is located inside XXL Fitness Centre in Marple. Whichever class you choose, our focus is always the same, - to help each individual reach their full potential, and get the most from their training.

We realise that people train in Martial Arts for many different reasons, be it self defense, improved health & fitness, stress relief, or maybe even to compete, on the mat, or in the ring. Whatever your reason, we are here to help you achieve your goals.
