Save the date!!. TVOD are playing at Marple CC on Saturday 22nd September as part of our junior section fundraising night. Tickets on sale from Sunday 19th August. £5 per ticket. Please message for details and to go on reservation list. There will also be a fundraising raffle on the night with money going towards the Marple Guides Period Poverty project culminating in volunteering trip to Mexico in 2020. Prizes from local companies and individuals very much appreciated.

Final week for the 2018 Marple CC All Stars. Eight dry weeks of fun and games with 56 kids. Presentation of certificates to all children and signed bats to winners Sammy and Joshua. Rounded night off by being the guard of honour for Marple U19s v Mottram U19s. Roll on 2019.

Eight sessions of our Marple CC All Stars comes to a close tonight, from the earlier start time of 5pm.

We held our son's 21st Birthday party here recently....... The venue is excellent for any function that you may require.



From the first contact we made until the end of the party, all the staff were superb, very helpful with all our requirements and the food provided on the evening by Karen and Zoe was again, superb. Not their usual type of buffet as we had a 50's/American Diner theme night, burgers, hot dogs etc..... were top class and commented on by many of our guests.



The bar staff were first class, very friendly and plenty of them, so no waiting at the bar !!



The DJ, (Gavin Whelan) was excellent, he provided the music we wanted and kept the party moving all evening.



I cannot recommend this venue enough and would not hesitate in using it again.

We had our UK wedding reception here after getting married in Cyprus... Cannot recommend highly enough. Staff are lovely and cannot help enough, food was lovely and there's was plenty for everyone. Only constructive criticism is that the table tennis tables could of been hidden a bit better and I think some of the restrictions on where the tables have to go and what can be put where are a little strict!!! otherwise a fab venue for all occasions... Pictures in comments xx

Recently held my birthday party here. Lovely bright and airy room considering the temperature outside. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Clean facilities and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and use the function room again.

New look cricket club great venue for parties and special occasions, weddings and christenings etc based in Marple Stockport with our local accommodation Magpie Cottages and Spa and 2 local B and Bs nearby for guests needing to stay over! Been to a number of events here and it's brilliant!

Lovely room for a function and fantastic staff!

It's a great little place to watch cricket with a very friendly atmosphere, nice food and drinks all at reasonable prices.

I have supplied Softplay equipment and have sent DJs nice venue and the staff are excellent, very accommodating, friendly and approachable !

I had my 21st here and last night I had my 30th, I can safely say it was a much better night last night, great place for a party! Loved it! The referb is great, staff are lovely and we all loved it. Thanks for having us. X

Had my send off party here today. Brilliant time with the family. Food and bar staff were both fantastic !!

Gorgeous venue. We held our daughters 1st communion here. Staff very accommodating and helpful. The venue is very well maintained, clean and modern and all the furniture is brand new. Would highly recommend. Thank you

My wife tried booking the function room for a Sunday in July, so she can organise our son birthday, she got told they save Sunday's for christening. Give them a ring with a month to go so in June to see if anybody as booked it. I've told my wife to look for somewhere else I think this is very poor I will not attend anything ere again. My wife said the lady she spoke to was nice. So I think it's a club rules if so they stink
