In light of everything going on in the UK with Covid-19, Haven is still open and is hoping to do so with restrictions in place for the busier areas such as the restaurant and showbar. Cornavirus, COVID-19 Update... In light of the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, we would like to clarify our position.
At the present time, all our parks will remain open for the entire 2020 season.
As you know, our parks are located in beautiful locations on or close to the coast, set in many acres of countryside, providing thousands of owners and their friends and family an opportunity to holiday with us and get a breath of fresh air.
Our current plans are that our shops and supermarkets will continue to operate as normal, allowing owners and their guests to purchase food and drink, to be consumed in their holiday home.
However, given the most recent Government advice on Coronavirus (Covid-19), the safety and security of our owners and team are our priority and as such, we will be making some changes to the facilities that are available in our central complexes. We will be operating a reduced offer, which at this time means there will be no availability of our Showbars, Arcades, Restaurants, Pubs and Bars, this includes Owner Lounges. This is to ensure we comply with the most recent Government advice on social distancing and there will be no compromise in our efforts to protect the safety of our guests and our team.
As far as our remaining facilities are concerned, we plan to operate as much of our existing activities and leisure offering as we are able to, as well as all our takeaway food outlets, in line with the most recent Government advice.
Private Letting Owners your guests will receive free passes due to the reduced facilities we are currently offering. Any private guests who have already purchased passes will receive a full refund.
What this means for you The Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak is extremely fast moving and the Government’s response to the crisis is changing daily. We understand that this is an extremely worrying situation for our owners and our teams, we are working through all the implications of The Chancellor’s announcement yesterday and hope to be in a position to share our plan with you in the coming days.
As we are sure you will appreciate we are being swamped with requests for information, but please bear with us as we work through all the implications for our owners and we will be in touch again as soon as we can.

Finally, we find ourselves in unprecedented times, thank you very much for your patience whilst we work through all the implications.

Covid-19 Update, 17 March 2020
We are aware of the latest government announcement on Monday 16 March and we are considering what this means for Haven in the coming days and weeks.
As of today, Tuesday 17 March, we are pleased to say that access to our individual, self-catered holiday homes is still available and our central facilities will be open and operating as normal for those guests and owners that wish to use them.
... We will continue to upweight our cleaning procedures across all areas of our parks.
During this time of uncertainty we are regularly monitoring the situation and will be make further decisions after we have fully reviewed the advice that government has given.
If you have a specific enquiry please contact your Owner Experience team at your park via email. Please be mindful we are experiencing high volumes of emails and the team will reply as soon as they can. Comments on this post will not be responded to at this time.

✨Please remember to book as soon as possible especially if its school holidays🚸 I've had numerous enquiries for dates in April that have actually been booked for weeks and weeks ago. Only £50 deposit secures your date!! I only rent out 1 caravan and I hate letting people down but they do get booked out quickly.
