it is a good store and nice people to work for please vise us in Kendal

It's going to be great store, staff are a great. The team are brilliant I'm starting on Thursday x

I wanted a say a massive thank you to Brett at the Kendal store.



I bought a suit from the Rochdale store but i hadnt realised that they had left the tag on the back of the jacket.

I had tried it on before heading off to Grange over Sands for a wedding & everything looked fine.

With less 1 hour to the wedding, thats when i found the tag.

in a panic i phoned customer service department & they wasnt any help what so ever.

After a short conversation, they cut me off.



I managed to phone the closest store which was Kendal to see if they could help.

I didnt have time to make the 1hr round trip & thats without any traffic or stops.

I spoke to a lovely helpful young lady & then i spoke to Brett who was a life saver.

Dont worry, im on my way with a de-tagger to get it off.

With a slight problem of his de-tagger being the wrong 1 for the tag i had on my jacket.

Brett took my jacket away with him.

He arrived back with jacket de-tagged just in time for the main event of the wedding.



Brett is a fantastic guy who went above & beyond for the name of Matalan.



Thank you again so much for everything you did.
