... Just getting in touch as I'm sure it's a stressful time for you with everything that's going on at a time when you're supposed to be getting excited about your wedding. I'm here to hopefully set your mind at rest about some stuff where your photography & videography is concerned.
If you do need to postpone because of the pandemic, I'll happily move you to a new date with no extra fee. I'd just ask you co-ordinate with me on the new date to make sure I'm free, and to pay 50% of your balance payment (if possible) at the time of the re-arrangement because this is tough times for businesses like mine and doing this will help me no end to get through this year personally and professionally. The remaining balance will still be due 3 month before the new date. If that's not possible of course we can discuss options.
If I am ill or isolating at the time of your wedding I have a vast network of wonderful photographers & videographers I can call on to stand in for me. They will be there to photograph or filming your wedding just as passionately as me, I will then edit the photos & videos in the style you love and provide the rest of my service as agreed. But rest assured I'm doing all the right things to keep myself as safe and healthy as possible to make sure I can be at your wedding - that is my priority.
