The mattress I purchased a month ago is fantastic! It's so comfortable, and the customer service has been brilliant.. I would recommend matress medics to anyone who's in search for beds/matress as they have a good variety! Also the price ranges are not bad at all! I love sleeping on my new matress!

Popped in on Saturday looking for a new Mattress. This was the first place we went to and we had a few addresses to visit to find a mattress. Patrina attended to us and gave us excellent customer service. It was that good we did not visit ant other shops and bought a Bed, Mattress and Headboard. Excellent customer service and a great cup of tea!

Mum (a pensioner) bought a mattress and new base from here, I cannot recommend this company enough! Amazing service, amazing quality goods, ALL of the staff have happily bent over backwards to help mum, thank you so much all. Mattress medics show that true customer service is still very much alive! Knowledgeable staff, friendly, professional. Matt was brilliant with his advice on which mattress but not pushing like the main stores, the mattress was delivered yesterday and last night it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you matt, jenny and Patrina.

I have literally been the customer from hell for mattress medics over the last couple of weeks , however every time I thought I had a problem, mattress medics have provided a first class , quick and superb customer service with a smile and professional attitude even after I realised I had been in the wrong they couldn't have been nicer I would recommend their services to anyone , Thankyou Mattress Medics and once again I am so sorry .

The store advisor spent a long time helping me to choose, and I must admit I was a little self conscious lying on my side for ten minutes in the shop, but the difference a properly selected mattress is making is amazing!

I am waking up refreshed and with no back pain.

Excellent service from beginning to end very helpful all the staff where wonderful and the mattress we brought was so worth the investment even to the guys who deliverd where so polite and well mannered if any one is looking for a new bed mattress definitely recommend these guys will definitely be back again in the future.

Due to the snow, it took 4 weeks to arrive. Very happy with the mattress and divan, delivery was quick and efficient. Staff are helpful with good old fashioned service.

Will definitely recommend to others and purchase from them again

Cannot fault the lovely service from the staff at Stacey bushes through to delivery no fuss and prompt delivery. The staff were really helpful in the store and the delivery guys turned up looking very clean and presentable. I was late and they kindly waited and we're friendly and helpful top marks will Def use again. Thanks guys

Bought a mattress from Mattress Medics last summer. Had a slight problem with it recently were one of the "buttons" was protruding a little so called Mattress Medics to see what could be done. Without quibbling they agreed to replace the mattress free of charge. It was a special order and it took a couple of weeks but this weekend they delivered a replacement product as promised.

Great customer service - as a result just ordered another mattress from them also.

Would highly recommend this business and their products.
