Hi, my name is Maxine and I am a registered childminder in the Stanhill area of Oswaldtwistle. I offer a fun and loving home environment where children can feel valued and learn whilst having fun and playing safely.
I am situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large driveway enabling safe and easy access for dropping off and picking up your children. My playroom offers a wide selection of easy accessible, fun and educational resources for children of all ages. The cosy lounge offers a quiet room where we enjoy storytime and where the children can have a nap. I have a large living kitchen where lots of fun and activities take place. These include baking, messy play, arts and craft and much more. I offer a healthy and well balanced diet throughout meal /snack times. We have a large, safe, secure and well maintained garden with lots of outdoor toys and equipment including a trampoline, slides, playhouse, sand /water play, tents, tunnels, bikes, scooters etc. I encourage outdoor play on a daily basis. In addition to playing on the outdoor equipment i also encourage educational activities in the garden such as seed planting, pebble counting, exploring wildlife, gardening etc.
I encourage as many social experiences as possible, we visit various parks, nature reserves, the local library, gym tots, play centres and various playgroups.
