I taught a spin class with a difference this morning πŸ’ͺ🏻☠️ I often find Spin can be a little boring so I like to mix it up with full body exercises in between spin cycles 🚴😁

My breakfast early this morning before a super busy day πŸ’ͺ🏻 Getting my full range of macro's (fats, carbs, protein and fibre) in this meal- 30g of oats, 1 egg white, soya milk (because no dairy has made a huge difference to my stomach pains/bloating), peanut butter and of course a black coffee πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ» Its so important to get a good breakfast at the start of your day!

Recently I noticed how many times people (including me) say "I'll try"... What we should say is "I will"! Saying and thinking "I will" doesn't always mean you will succeed every time, but it certainly means that you are going to give it your very best shot!
It's surprising what a small change in mindset can really do! No "I'll try", no half-hearted effort, go out an do it, go and achieve your goals!

And relax πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜΄πŸ˜ I'm so ready for a night on the sofa with this delicious treat πŸ˜‹I decided to cut lactose out of my diet almost 2 weeks ago as I'd been getting bad stomach pains and a lot of bloating- I can't believe how much of a difference being lactose free has made such a difference πŸ˜€ Never be afraid to try new things and make small changes!
