The set up for the Kadampa International Summer Festival is well under way! Lots of people working very hard to bring together the conditions for this wonderful event.

We are delighted to be hosting our annual Open Day for everyone to come and see what we are about. We will be offering free taster meditation classes, children’s classes, a BBQ and a cafe with refreshments and lots of cake!!! It is free to attend the day and everyone is welcome.

This is a wonderful little oasis of calm and peace. The people there are so friendly and compassionate. They run day courses and evening classes on Buddhism and mindfulness. The centre is open most of the time so you can knock and someone will show you around.

These guys, especially Marie and Bruce, have helped to show me exactly how fulfilling life can be by simply practicing in using this gift we take for granted. Our mind. Thank you so much for assisting me in finally having eyes that see. The clarity is breathtaking. I am yet an infant on this path but I already know more about myself in a few months of this practice than I did in over 40 years prior to it. Forever grateful.

Is a really relaxing atmosphere, the people are lovely, very happy and helpful.
