Here’s a bay roof we re boarded and felted today.
🔸Old felt stripped back to original boards 🔹new supports and boards fit to original spas. 🔸one layer of torch on underlay topped with a layer of black torch on mineral felt.

Here’s few before and after pictures from a job we completed this week:
⚪️ Chimney stack ground out & repointed using sand and cement mix with a multi fuel flu liner fit into position down chimney. capped with multi fuel cowl. ⚫️ Old felt stripped off down to original boards & two layers of torch on felt applied with black torch on mineral felt detail topped with solar reflective paint 🔴 White plastic cappit fascia boards attached to existing timber hiding all the mess under...neath.

Here’s a garage roof we completed in Poulton this week.
⚪️ Removed all chippings from flat roof, ⚪️ Painted roof area with Bitumous primer. ⚪️ Applied two layers of 250 polyester felt using the roll and pour system.... ⚪️ Black torch on mineral felt used for detailing ⚪️ Finished with painting roof area with solar reflective paint.

Little job finished over in Leyland. Both stacks ground out and repointed with chimney pots removed and replaced with aluminium cowls to still allow air flow. Ridge tiles removed of old mortar and repointed, Old cast iron guttering removed & wooden fascia boards capped with white UVPC fascia boards with new black plastic guttering and down spouts.
