Just bought my 4th Mercedes this weekend from Whitefield. My contact is Lee and he is straight up with you no messing about. I’m probably a fussy customer but Lee always helps me out pre and post sales. Also service department are always helpful at service time and “ arrange a temporary car for me while mine is in for service so and can carry on with my normal day.

Brilliant service by all of the team at Whitefield. Took an approved used A class out for a good test drive including motorway so not just limited to 30mph. John was easy to deal with and didn't fall into the stereotypical sales man shoes. Great at keeping me up to date with progress and to drive away in my car 6 days after seeing it was a great turnaround, especially given the effort gone into preparing the car! John and everyone at the dealership​ were great, no complaints. Aftercare also going exceptionally well so far..

Took my new car for a repair issue was asked to leave the car at a later date. Waited for a month after which I was told that there was no record of my previous visit & checks. However I was contacted straight away and the issue was resolved soon after.

Called in yesterday 13/02/2017,with a tyre pressure warning,was greeted very professionally and explained my predicament,the receptionist then took me to the waiting area and got me a brew and told me my car would be looked at within 30mins,bumped into the salesman who I bought the car off and he asked was there anything he could do and was everything ok,the technician then came and took my keys and sorted the problem.......great staff and always friendly.an absolute credit to Mercedes benz of whitefield

Ben in sales can’t do enough but preparation team leave a lot to be desired, car not cleaned properly inside and out door pockets still had rubbish in, windows got streaks on them. Ben in sales valeters letting you down and the good work you do

amazingly disappointed to find out I purchased an E class with many options totally a lot of money to find out I wasn't advised that if I wanted to use remote parking I needed a 300 pound option on top of the 7k of options already ordered. incredible,

Probably not even one! Went in to buy a brand new A Class 17 reg! Told the sales advisor what I wanted on numerous occasions stated 17 reg! However a couple of day later once I had ordered what I thought was the car I wanted. I got a phone call tell me that my car would not be ready until mid-end of sept, to which I asked if they would be a 67 reg to which there reply was "yes". I then asked why he ordered me this car and his response was I assumed that what you wanted! No please don't assume I asked for a specific car and they order me something different! I told you sales advisor to send me back my deposit and cancel my order to which his response was if that's what you want to do then do it! He did not seem 1 bit interested that he was loosing out on a £22,000 sale and then put the phone down on me!

If Mercedes whitefield take one thing out of this review it would be not to assume customers want something. If a customer has gone in there for a specific car listen to them, we are the ones paying for the car... not them!



I will never go back to this dealership to buy a car and would advise others to stay way if they have specific ideas of what they want in a car!

I purchased my Mercedes from Manchester central however for servicing needs Whitefield is my closest branch. I have visited Whitefield for work done on my car now on three occasions and on each the customer service was absolutely appalling! Would not recommend.

Have had numerous issues with the service department. The latest one being my brakes failed on the motorway because the incompetence service team didn't tighten the calliper bleed nipples on both sides. Attitide of the staff was appauling when I complained. This will be my fist and last Mercedes I ever buy.
