We had our wedding here, from start to finish the staff bent over backwards for us they couldn’t do enough, Jodie was amazing my misses left the table decorations on the floor when we come to go into the suit! She had dressed the tables for us, she had gone above and beyond her job! she had made a beautiful job through out the day and night Jodie was there for everyone, all my family and friends said what a lovely friendly helpful lady she is. Perfect location for wedding, our photographer

We had an amazing day yesterday, we were there from 09.15 until 15.00 and would have stayed longer, only that we had another appointment that evening. It was a beautiful day, lovely friendly welcoming staff, very clean & lovely fresh towels, robes & slippers. The facilities were great, thermal suite, thermal spa, beautiful swimming pool, especially loved the Aroma & Rock Saunas & Thermal Spa & also squeezed in over 2 hours swimming. Lunch was lovely, as were the fruit flavoured iced waters. This was my 3rd visit & hopefully I will get again, when I am next over from Ireland. Well done Norton Grange x

The Norton Grange is amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough for making my wedding on Saturday Perfect in every way! Especially Jodie who ran the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing, not one of our guest had a bad word about any part of the day. We were more than happy! Once again Thank you

Lovely Spa, the facilities available were great, the Aroma room was our favourite, followed by the jacuzzi. The Relaxation room is so good I fell to sleep! The lunch was presented beautifully and the staff were extremely attentive. The were constantly making sure every area was tidy and presentable, that the drinks were always topped up and the areas were tidy.

The staff were all very friendly, Jonny couldn’t do enough for us. And Hayley our treatment therapist was fantastic. The back massage, foot rub and facial were to die for. And she was so friendly, really chatty and made you feel at ease and very comfortable! Her advice was second to non. Thanks Jonny and Hayley, you made our visit a 5• visit and we will definitely be visiting again.

Had my wedding here on the 26th July. Everything run smoothly. Katie, the wedding co-ordinator did an amazingly great job from start to finish, she did as I asked and I can't thank her enough. Without her my day wouldn't have been as magical as it was.

Great spa, really friendly staff, will definitely be going again.

We were guests at a wedding and stayed over for the night. The staff were really helpfully, the venue/room for the wedding was lovely, DJ was great, hot buffet food was really tasty and plenty of it! Our room was very comfortable, clean, we had a peek at the bride and grooms suite and that was fabulous! We used the spa facilities which I really enjoyed! Overall the Norton Grange was perfect. One slight criticism, the buffet breakfast seemed to have been warming for a while, hard eggs both fried and scrambled. And over cooked sausage and bacon.

But overall a very enjoyable evening. Will recommend to others.

I usually adore this hotel staff amazing facilities great but I have been awake since 4.30 am because of the traffic noise in our room. It’s going to be a long day
