We had a wonderful morning trip in fabulous weather, stopping off at Woodside for the U-Boat experience. Great cake and coffee at the caf├®. What's not to like!

User

Really lovely day you can have the open top bus plus the ferry has a joint trip.well worth the money

User

Really friendly staff the journey was very informative and we had a nice sunny day great would recommend will definitely go on again

User

My son and I visit Liverpool every year for a few days as we love the Beatles and going to the Cavern but this is the first time we went in the ferry and it was fabulous! It was great seeing Liverpool from the river and to hear more about its history .

User

I great way to see Liverpool from the seaside, just loved it. Now we gonna try the #ManchesterShipCanalCruises next weekend ’┐Į

User

From Liverpool so lucky to be able to get to go on what a brilliant experience since I was a kid am 42 now still get excited haha well worth a visit

User

Fantastic day - highly recommend Spaceport and the Star Wars exhibition over at Seacombe. We did a round trip on the boat then had lunch at the cafe there. The staff were all fantastic and so friendly. The boat ride was the best to get awesome photos of the waterfront. Both my children (11 and 6) said the Spaceport show and the simulator were awesome. We spent a few hours in there. Then had lunch in the cafe which I also highly recommend..... grab yourself the best English breakfast around or a bowl of scouse.

User

Fantastic and staff very polite, just enough time at the Uboat , which was very interesting, and well worth getting off the boat for a visit

User

Did the canal cruise yesterday and enjoyed every minute of it, we certainly got lucky with the weather (remember sun cream next time!). Staff were fantastic and looked after so well, special thanks to my 2 carers at the bar who kept the beer and wine flowing they're a credit to Mersey Ferries. Thanks for a fab day out!

User

2nd time doing the Explorer Cruise and the U Boat Story. Brilliant and very informative. We have also done the Ship Canal Trip which was fantastic even though we were on the boat for 8 hours and didn't get to see Salford Quays. But the purpose of the trip was to see the Canal. Unfortunately unforeseen things happen on the river which cannot be avoided. My Husband was very clued up on nautical stuff so we fully understood why the delays occurred and everyone was kept informed. We Intend to come back later in the year and do the Space port exhibition at Seaford. Love the Mersey Ferries. Bus tour is also well worth doing as well.

User

Just spent around 30 minutes on what was ment to be a river cruise .

It was just a river crossing did not even go up as far as new brighton and back .

Will not be taking my family again was not worth the family ticket price .

User

Had a really good night but the sound system was awful and ruined the evening. All staff were friendly. Beer was cold. Sun was out which made it more enjoyable.

User

i hate it wen you get to Birkenhead waiting for the ferry to come so i could get back to Liverpool only to be told that there was no ferryŌĆÖs running even know the weather was hot i had to get the bus to town i think the ferry should be running all the time ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐ Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Would be lovely if there wasnŌĆÖt so much about Cunard and was more about the city and the skyline. Thought we were going further down the river! Could be so good if we learnt more about the city and the river we came to visit Ōś╣’ĖÅ

WouldnŌĆÖt bother spending the ┬Ż10 each!

User

Was looking forward to a great day out. Arrived 5 minutes before the doors opened and my 3 year old was desperate for a wee, I knocked and was told they couldnŌĆÖt let him in. 3 year old then wet himself ’┐Į absolutely disgusting from the staff!

User

Mersey Ferries Evening Cruises - donŌĆÖt bother. False advertising at its finest. I took my mum to the Making of Motown cruise last night for her 70th birthday and to say it was a disappointment is an understatement. Firstly, youŌĆÖd think that as they are doing music cruises they would have invested in a decent sound system - unfortunately not, the music came out of the tannoy system and I actually canŌĆÖt describe in words how bad it sounded. Think lots of high pitched reverb, tinny sounds, no bass and distorted - dreadful. Secondly, we were expecting Motown music but the second rate singers who had been hired sang a grand total of about 4 Motown songs over 2.5 hours. So disappointing itŌĆÖs untrue. Charging ┬Ż17.50 per ticket for that rubbish is a joke and I would go as far as to say a con. Avoid the music evenings at all costs, youŌĆÖd be better staying at home with a bottle of wine and a few cds.

User

If I could give minus rating I would so my story taking young man (special needs) on ferry with my mum and brother coming back from Liverpool an walk say was steep my brother having walking difficulties found it hard to get up so my mum asked for buggy (which is stated to use for those in needs) to be told I canŌĆÖt drive it so walk by a bog cleaner who had radio so could of asked for assistance (me thinking it would be right thing to do) so my Mum struggles up I go in shop whilst she gose tolwt for me to over heard your amazing staff talk about my brother and laugh because he couldnŌĆÖt walk up the ramp how generous he was speaking like that and hereŌĆÖs me thinking everywhere by law should be disabled friendly obviously not in your case and IŌĆÖm so sorry my brother is disabled IŌĆÖm pretty sure he never asked to struggle in life absolutely disgusting

User

I wanted to take my daughter on the ferry from Woodside to Liverpool today, however, we can only book the river explorer even though IŌĆÖm only going the one stop.

I see that our Merseyside tourism trade is only priced and geared towards people from out of town whilst the locals are priced out of the service.

Shame on you Mersey Ferries ’┐Į’┐Į

User

I booked to go on the Mersey Ferry for the tall ships leaving Liverpool. Disappointed is an understatement. We sailed up the river to the end of the line of sailing ships passing them on the left, I was stood on the right hand side so seen nothing. I wasn't worried because I thought I'll see them all as we sail back up through them. Never happened we stayed at the rear of the floatilla, in the distance I could make out the tugs with the monitors by the pier head. Thirty quid not well spent! Puts me off booking another event.
