This is an email I received on the 16.08.2016. The young lady hired us to move the head office of Pier Head housing in Liverpool early in the year. As a result of her being happy with our office move she hired us to move her and her partner Jay from Aigburth, Liverpool down to Gloucester, Grand piano also.

This email is from a professional couple we moved approximately 5 years ago. Sharon and Dave, Dave called us again as he needed a professional removal company to move them again from Maghull up to Birkdale. I sent a four man team on a Saturday morning, to carry out the move, big John, Brian and Craig who from the email below did a great job and as usual made the customers feel at ease and made the day as stress free as possible. We did not manage to... get all the garden goods on the truck, the team agreed they would pop back through the week one day when they finish early, which I have arranged for today 06.06.2016.

Many thanks for Saturday – your lads did a great job and were courteous and supportive through the entire process. Moving house is obviously very stressful, but your team did everything they could to make the experience as stress free as possible, and were friendly and understanding throughout – I would definitely recommend you to anyone who asks.
Unfortunately the van wasn’t quite big enough to get everything in, so one of your lads said he’d pick the rest up and drop it off this week. There are three potted plants, some stone garden ornaments, two planting ‘chimney’ sections and a couple of small pots and things. I’ve located all this to each side of the path leading to the front door so it can all be readily identified and collected. Could you please advise when this can be collected / delivered?

This email was sent to me after I personally, with a couple of removal porters hauled a large 3 seater sofa up to a first floor apartment in Liverpool. We collected to Sofa from Runcorn, took it to the apartment in Liverpool, wrapped it in a quilted sofa bag and literally hauled it up and through a window. Abby was obviously very pleased as she had done without for a long time.

I've recently moved house and the mover...s could not get my couch in through the stairwell into my first floor apartment as it was too big! Gutted. The couch was under a year old, so I was not ready to get rid of it just yet. I researched various options and was eventually contacted by John at Merseyside Movers. We discussed the possibility of getting the couch in through my first floor window and John came to my house to check the access, and also agreed to collect the couch from where I was storing it. On the day, I was nervous, not for any reason other than I was long anticipating the couch going in and I just thought, knowing my luck, something would go wrong! I have no idea why I was even worried as John and his team were excellent! The couch was wrapped up well and once the process to get the couch in started, it took them 10 minutes! I couldn't believe how easy they made it look. There was not one mark on my couch either (it's brown leather) . It was a really professional job and I would recommend to anyone looking for good movers, especially when trying to get ridiculously large pieces of furniture through small and tricky areas. Thanks guys :)

This young lady called me on the 23rd of June, in the afternoon, she had been let down by Anyvan.com. She booked a van to carry out her move from Maghull to Formby. The afternoon before the move she received a phone call to say they had double booked and could not carry out her move. Devastated, she called us and fortunately we managed to fit her in. This was the third phone call we received that week from people who had been let down by Anyvan.com.
