brilliant service always with a laugh and a joke, staff go out the way to make your time there very enjoyable, I highly recommend it for service alone ! the food is as good as the service.

Would like to say a very big thank you to the staff on this morning, for the kindness shown to myself and my Mum Lorna Weekes who is currently going through chemo. Mentioned to the lilac centre what you did for us too, and they also would like to extend their gratitude. We really appreciate what you did and we’re very touched by your lovely gesture. We will definitely be back!

We came here for dinner today & were made up with the service that we recieved. The food was gorgeous, we were served quickly, & the staff couldn't do enough for us! I was particularly impressed by the way the staff made sure my little girl who is 10 and a half months was entertained... they gave her colouring to do, spoke to her each time they passed (which she was made up with), & she got a balloon before we left. It's the little things that make the difference. We will definatly be returning! So refreshing to be served by happy staff! Thanks guys & keep it up �

Was dealt with very quickly and also was given food that we questioned, problem was very quickly Resolved and couldn’t be happier. Great service

VERY help staff, namely Kate who really helped us with Gluten Free choices. She even ran out after us after my son left a toy at the table.

Having been very disappointed in the past with food/service here we are making it one of our go to places now. Thanks !!

Nipped in for an unplanned evening , no waiting as we were escorted to a table for 2 . Husband ordered his usual Steak and I ordered a chicken dish , the food was Delicious cooked to perfection … in general the service was 1st Class .

Gorgeous food, great service (thank you Natalie) and the rich beef sauce is a little jug of heaven. I would recommend this place to anyone, we will be returning for sure.

Good food, great portions, polite servers and clean. We have been three times and its never let us down and we also had vouchers for money off. Thanks to you all for your hard work we appreciate it �

Cannot compliment this staff in this place enough. One of my sons is severely autistic & likes to sit on the same table whenever we go. Staff are always really tolerant of his behaviour, bring us his fries quickly (to avoid any meltdowns) whilst we choose from the menu & really bend over backwards to anything that helps to make our meal as a family an enjoyable experience. We struggle to go out for meals in most places, but no here. The waitresses are a credit to the company. Food is decent too

Arrived and was greeted at the door , we were seated straight away, excellent table service lovely friendly staff, and the food was great , we will be back

A great restaurant with decent food. What makes this place great is the lovely staff, in particular Francis who is such a joy. I visited the restaurant on 26th October with friends and we enjoyed a lovely evening. Francis was so attentive and friendly. I have visited many times and always find the staff to be excellent. Looking forward to going back again soon.

went as a family of 9 to celebrate my granddaughters 14th birthday. Nathan our waiter was brilliant very patient with the 2 little kids who kept gabbing to him.. good fast service and no complaints about the food either we will definitely go again soon

Our local visit almost every wk staff are luvly always greet you with a smile enjoy the food especially when you get vouchers which we do on a regular basis - the only thing that let’s the place down is the bar area in the window seating at the front if someone’s eaten there plates and glasses are never cleared away they seem to be left x

Second time I have been here for a meal. Disappointed by the Lasagne the pasta wasn't cooked properly and the filling was. Non existent.

The staff though were excellent and Katie ensured we had a discount on our bill.

My wife and son had steak and that was fine.

I would return though because it was just one dish that wasn't right

On arrival the staff were lovely very professional polite and friendly.

We had the shared starter which was delicious � but the mains let it down.

My husband had mixed grill, his gamon was completely raw around the end. The staff offered free coffees or deserts but we both decided against that and asked for bill my husbands mixed grill was deducted from the bill.

What a load of rubbish just took some good friends out as a thank you and have never been as embarrssed 3 adult meals cold and two sent back after an hour wait had one of the meals took of the bill as it was not eaten and sent back although we did get 20 of the bill shame about the food we will not be going back

Service average. Wanted low alcohol beer but Worthington's (poor, I know) was off. Ordered no-alcohol cider from the drinks menu (not a 'subject to availbility' item) but served an alcoholic version. On querying, simply told they had no alcohol free. Just a cavalier 'take it or leave it' attitude to customer service. Local, but won't be back.

The staff were very busy and polite but rushed off their feet.

We ordered soup and when it came it was cold so it was sent back only to be told there was no more so we had to pick something else.



The main course came and it was average, i had the fillet steak and for the price it was not worth it, nothing was piping hot just warm.



Waiting times were not good and i don't blame the insufficient staff who were doing their best.



On the whole it will be a while before we think of going back
