I recently had an accident with my MacBook and a glass of water. I was really nervous in taking it to be repaired; I was worried about an extortionately high bill, or about being ‘ripped off’. The guys here were great; they fixed my laptop and kept me informed about potential additional charges along the way as I requested. They ended up having to replace less than originally thought (which gave me faith in how genuine they are!) and I am happy with the amount I paid.

Laptop has been working fine since (touch wood!), can’t thank them enough! Would recommend. Cheers guys!

This father and son team provide a remarkable PC IT service, in a friendly non-judgemental matter. They are good with "oldies" who know little of IT. They put two problems right for no charge, and made me feel assured I could call again for assistance should I need it.

Yes they are quick and cheap but don't expect your new phone screen to work for long. They only warranty the replacement screen for one month. (but don't tell you this when you purchase, only after the fault occurs!) I had two from them, had to pay both times, both screens failed after 3 months. If it's a quick temporary fix you're after then they are perfect.
