Normal Eastwood Class tonight at the Hall Park Academy 7.30-8.30pm which all the Ilkeston students are also welcome to attend to make up for the Bank Holiday Monday this week, then straight afterwards we are running the Pre Grading Course 8.30-9.30pm in preparation for next weeks grading or even if you just want to do some extra training (the course is just £5 per student to cover our room hire fees however if you are an inclusive membership student paying the higher £40 a month fee its completely free of charge !) I have been coming to Midlands PKA for about 8 months, I have lost a stone and a half, I look good and feel great.

Lee and Jo are brilliant instructors and really approachable nice people.

All the people are really friendly as well so you feel relaxed all the time you are there.

Come down and give it a try, you won't regret it.

Great way to keep fit, learn new skills and meet great friendly people. You'll be surprised how much you can push yourself. Been dong it 4 years now and my only regret is i didn't do it years ago.
