This is a blood guts and sweat circuit and fitness gym.

This is NO nonsense NO fancy machiens or gizmos that you see on dodgy shopping channels this is the bear bones of hard core training! BUT this is a gym that will take on anyone from BEGINER, ITERMIDIATE, or ATHELETE. Whether your looking for WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, GETTING FIT, KEEPING FIT, or taking yourself to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF FITNESS this is the place for you! We also have a CONTACT ROOM, for BOXING, MMA, WRESTLING, JUJITSU, fully matted ot 26x26 feet or room. The reception will cater for all your supplementary need (ie) water, hot drinks, proteins, and just about everything els. We also have large changing rooms (larger than some rugby and football teams that I've been and played at) also 6 showers in in men's and six in the lady's!
