I value such consistency above everything else. Today I made another order - order made 13:30 and 16:02 I'm getting an e-mail confirming that my order will be delivered the next day. Placed an order around 9.00 pm on Saturday night, 20 mins later got an e-mail to say my order was going to be processed shortly. Went for the standard 2-4 day free delivery item arrived Tuesday morning, what a great service. Items as described on the website and at an affordable price....will differently be ordering again and recommend it to other people...
My boots I ordered arrived on time, with free postage to The Repubic of Ireland, no reason at all to complain.
Looks to have some great gear to buy! I will enjoy some of the products I get I'm sure.
Just received wisport zipperfox 25l that I ordered as a camera bag. It is not advertised as one but couldn't find one configured like this bag is. Trust Military 1st to produce the right produce again. Can now easily get to my DSLR, large zoom lens, small gitzo tripod and microphone with ease plus have all the odds and sods stored nicely in the same compartment. Bags good for in flight use as well. Cheers

I ordered a pair of trousers from M1st yesterday and chose standard delivery (2-4 days) but got my package this morning. Very happy with that! And the trousers are brilliant as well.
I made an order on late Saturday afternoon. Was delivered by 10.15 am Monday morning.
Prices are very reasonable, and returns are free which is very unusual these days I reckon.
My item is spot on and no need to use the returns label.

I brought this, a Mil-Tec MA1 Jacket Navy size XXL and it's fantastic! Heavy duty workwear thats just brilliant, so much so I'm going to buy the green one and black one to have as spares. The price $104 Australian dollars, free postage is great. I couldn't be happier with the flight jacket and customer service. A1+++ for product, delivery time and customer service, shop with 100% confidence.

military 1st are very very good i have bought a lot of gear from them have great service would give 5 stars but no phone number to call them this is the only thing that lets them down is you sometimes need to talk to people not just with f/book
Good choice of products. A little bit pricey but that is partially compensated by option of free delivery in IRE. If only they allowed to actually leave reviews for the products on their website.
Store is physically located in the UK, no mention of this throughout the purchasing process. I have only found out after reading the 1 star reviews here that the only place they state this fact is on the T&C page.
Poor form
I would not recommend this company to anyone! I purchased a rucksack in January, around May a seam on the shoulder strap started to unravel. By the time I was able to contact the company, the six month warranty had past (by just two days!) and Military 1st refused to replace the product or refund the money. As the bag overall is still in quite good condition, with little wear, it is clear that this seam was not properly sewn and not the result of use. But rather than maintain a customer relationship, they chose to abide the manufacturer's warranty no matter that the problem developed well within this time period. If you want a company that stands behind its products, don't shop here!
Have bought from M1st twice now and twice have been burned. They have an express freight option but never actually send anything express freight. They blame their courier and never provide tracking numbers and when they do finally provide links to tracking there is no information. Spent of $300 on equipment for a competition paid express freight and have no idea when I will receive my goods. BUYER BEWEAR. Would not recommend doing business with this company. I will now not have equipment I need for a competition oh but don't worry they think it's all ok because they refunded the 9.95.....not good enough. And the refund will take 10working days to clear back to my account. Poor service. Would not recommend to anyone.
First up, I live in Australia. Not a state capital, but Newcastle, the 6th largest city and about 80 miles from Sydney. With Christmas fast approaching, I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. After 8 days, it has finally cleared customs (wn direct is THE WORST tracking site I have encountered in my 20 odd years dealing with global logistics). Unfortunately, M1st do not make it clear that they use AusPost as the local delivery agent. So I am now staring down the barrel of at least another 5 working days before delivery which given public holidays, weekends (Auspost do not deliver on Saturday's) and their fecking "Picnic Day" (WTF is that about?) is likely to be around the 5th Jan, a full 3 weeks after ordering. Now, I recognise that some of this is outside the control of M1st but had it been stated that they use AusPost on their website, I would have had it sent to my sister in the UK who could have shipped by a REAL COURIER, not a bunch of numpties, and it would have been here by now. SO FECKIN DISAPPOINTED���
