We had a last minute request for 30 gold balloons, and after a morning of ringing around, Millie's said they could help. They were dead friendly and helpful, with a super-quick service and everyone commented how lovely they looked. They really lit up the room. Would totally recommend. Thank you!

Just want to say thanks you and leave a review as the service I received was fantastic! Got a great balloon and banner package for my little boys 1st Birthday at very short notice! Was worried I wouldn't get anything as it was last minute but the staff were great and saved the day! Thanks again Joseph loved his balloons and the posters and banners were fab xx

I’ve ordered from here on a few occasions and they never let me down. Also been in last minute and girls are always really accommodating. Balloon arrangements are lovely and well priced couldn’t recommend more.

I ordered 2 sets of balloons for a baby gender reveal and the balloons were exactly what I asked for and they were lovely, everybody commented on them! They were also made with very little notice from me � so thank you very much

I ordered a package for my mums 50th birthday party was getting deliverd to cheshire lines garston with 10 sets of 3 & balloon arch & a big banner with pic of mum on.my balloons were great very happy with they the way had done them.the balloons was deliverd on time to veune.the woman who droped them off was lovely.was made up with everythink.thanks again .will be using again in future .natalie xx

We ordered balloons and banners for my daughters 21st - unfortunately we didn’t get all the balloons we had ordered which was really disappointing as the shop was closed time we got to the venue and realised we were missing half of our order. We ordered the balloon and banner package which was lovely but the extras we order as an add on didn’t get delivered- which included the special balloons -large 21 and orbs and posters - full refund on missing items was given but this still didn’t make up for our missing balloons on the night -as daughter was upset the balloons she wanted wasn’t there on the night. Would recommend double checking with this company a day before to make sure they have order correct for you event - such a shame we didn’t! Whole reason we booked with them was for the orbs that we didn’t even receive

haven't been able to get through to anyone in shop and turned up to collect order and que is out of the door and people saying they have been there for ages waiting as it looks like no orders have been pre made and people are up stairs making them as people turn up. this is silly. not waiting over 1hr in a que to be told they dont have my order. should be more organised wont be ordering from there again and now im left with no eggs for my kids

Very poor an unprofessional taking orders up till the last minute on there site then having people turn up who have order weeks ago to be locked out of the shop for over an hour in a que that stretched around the road in the freezing cold an not have any of the orders pre made for them to put a sign up on the door saying they had no eggs left just pure greed letting a lot of kids down the day before easter just greedy just thinking about money an not thinking of the kids they could have ruined easter for

Utter disgraceful service. I had ordered three of the Easter egg balloons with your self 3 weeks before the pick up date and yet when I came to pick them up on the agreed day which was Saturday 31st March you was turning those away who hadn't pre paid. Absolute joke. You had people standing out in the cold for hours! If you are offering a service and can not fulfil it then am sorry should you really be in business? Trading standards need to be informed about you and they will. You have terrible customer service skills. You should of contacted your customers informing them that you can now no longer provide the service you promised. I have had a wasted journey to a shop I live no where near and I now have three very upset children so thanks alot. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again, I don’t think a lot of people will. You have defiantly lots custom and am glad!!

Stood outside for 1hr 45mins to collect balloon eggs after ordering them 3 weeks ago to then b at the front n a women came out stuck a sign on the door saying the shop was then shut n they had ran out ov eggs it’s absolutely disgusting costumer service after ordering 3 weeks prior!!

Shocking!! How can you take orders from people and then have them wait outside for hours to be told there is none left!! Some very disappointed children this morning because of this company. Will never ever use again!!

Shocking service today. I ordered Easter egg balloons for my children last week and the order was accepted. I turned up at the shop today which was locked with a sign to say that unless orders had been payed for they would not be letting people in. A message or notification would have been nice before people queued up at the shop to be let down.

Poor practice, took too many Easter orders that they could never fulfil. They kept saying to custmers today its 'its been madness' but just looking at their social media orders for last couple of days its clear they overstretched themselves and then let customers down. To tell people that they didn't need to pay upfront for their order and then say when they came to collect that order they couldn't fulfil it is poor business.

Let down with my Easter order after waiting outside shop to pick it up!! Never again so disappointed.

Can’t believe the service today! My sister went down for me as I had the kids, she waited 1 1/2 hours for 2 balloons I ordered weeks ago. I also messaged yesterday to double check my order and was told ok. The order my sister was given wasn’t mine and no use to us! But my sister felt she had to bring something back as she waited so long and the kids were waiting for balloons, absolutely disgusted. Orders which were already made should of been put to one side, don’t know what’s went wrong !
