It’s never too early to get your ‘bum’pkin ready for Halloween 🍑
If you’d like to come and make yours just call us half an hour before on 01619736822 and we’ll save you a table. All our paints are water based so safe & easily removed with a baby wipe off little bumpkins. Once you’ve made your plate you leave it with us for 1 week to be kiln fired then you can treasure it forever! 🎃

We’ve been going to Minikin for many years now & think we have made one of most things they sell! We absolutely love it, we’ve made lots of gifts for family members & have been to a few of the different events they put on through the year. My son had one of his birthday parties here a few years ago & I’m going to book my daughters birthday party for next year too. Claire & the staff are so friendly, helpful & welcoming. They are also so talented at what they do, the artwork they’ve done on some of our pots is amazing. They know my children’s names & they both love it when we go to do some painting. I can not recommend enough!!!!!

We went to Minikin today on the off chance we could get a bauble done with our baby girls handprints on. I used to live in Sale but moved to Sandbach a while back, so we were only on a short visit. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, and even though I offered to come back when they were less busy, a table was quickly cleared and the bauble painting could start! It was so quick, and the lady was fabulous with our little girl! We can’t wait to collect our bauble in a couple of weeks! In fact we’re definitely coming back when our new baby will be with us later next year for more keepsakes!

Thoroughly recommend Minikin, it had a lovely atmosphere, and is a great family activity!

We visited Minikins with our granddaughter Lyla. She made two gorgeous keepsakes with her hand prints on and a cute little heart that she painted all by herself. Daddy loved his Christmas surprise. We made 6 mugs with my super giddy 2 year old and my brand new 3 week old, honestly I was dreading it, I could see the carnage in my minds eye, 2 year old knocking things over and tantruming, 3 week old screaming, needing feeding and pooing everywhere ÔøΩ the reality however was a quick, painless and in fact enjoyable few minutes in the very capable hands of the wonderful Ms Minikin (I can't remember your name!) she took charge of the situation and skillfully swiped paint and pressed handprints on the mugs like some kind of magician. We are over the moon with our mugs for family and highly recommend whenever we can. Thank you xxx

We love minikin so much been twice in a week, and likely to paint more when we collect our mugs from today. Claire makes us so welcome and is great with my little girls.

Today my baby boy had his 2nd birthday party at minikin and it was perfect! We Couldn’t recommend them enough. All the children had a fantastic time, and what’s even better is that they are all going to have a pot to keep forever �� the ladies were great with all the children X

Myself and my NCT girls first visited Minikin when my first daughter was just a few weeks old...total rookies when it came to hand/foot prints, etc, Claire was brilliant with us and did paint prints for all our babies on to various pots and clay imprints of both hand and foot too (similar to Selfridges but A LOT cheaper!). We had a great time and have been back many times since doing various pots and prints for grand parents, etc! Always made to feel really welcome, the team are fabulous and have helped create some fab gifts from both of my babies. They are so creative and have brilliant ideas! Highly recommend a visit or two! ÔøΩ

My 8 year old and 4 year old had a fab time painting at Minikins today. Staff are so friendly and make life as easy as possible, plus Happy to help without rushing you. Perfect family time and a great cuppa is my bonus ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

Love this place! Claire and her team/family are fab! We would spend every weekend in there if we could. My daughter even tells other people and Claire what to do. She puts me to shame too in the art world. Can’t recommend it enough xx

I’ve visited twice and found the staff to be lovely and welcoming and super helpful. One of the things I made with my little one was a Jaws themed mug and I didn’t know where to start, but the lady who was working really helped showing me how I could make a shark out of a footprint! Thanks so much her dad loved it! X

I love doing paint a pot here. Claire and the team ate brilliant. We have been doing art here for nearly 5 years now. Imprints when both of my children were 10 weeks old and more since. I have always found everyone kind, friendly and helpful. My in laws come over from Canada each Christmas and we always head in to paint baubles. They always take something back with them as well. Can’t thank you enough for being so great. We will be back very soon x

I had my daughters 6th Birthday party here and it was amazing the children had the best time! They not only got to paint there pots but also had fun decorating biscuits and there party bags and well as party games at the end! Lily loved being the sweet shop lady and handing out the sweets to her friends! Claire and Bob are lovely and we couldn't thank them both enough! They are both lovely ÔøΩ we will definitely be visiting again soon. I can't wait to paint my own pot haha! 100% recommend this place to visit xx

I absolutely love this place. I've been many times now with my 2 and also took my nieces. I've already made so many special keepsakes and love and cherish them all. It's a great place for family gifts too. All the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Ive also been to one of the adult painting nights with my sister and friend which is just fab and we are looking forward to our next one on Friday. A great place for every age x

Claire at Minikins makes you feel at home. I've been going since having my son 3 years ago and whipped in with my new daughter, to get her foot and hand print cast done, a bum kin plate for Halloween and Christmas while my son constructed his own masterpiece on a bowl.

I need to come and make baubles like I have for Harrison. It's a great place for presents for all the family. We've given vases with all the grandchildren's hand prints. A cake plate for Christmas and one for Santa too.

You can let your imagination go crazy and it's great therapy too.

Can not recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friendly and have been great with my son each time we've been (1st time was when he was only 3 months old). The shop always has great ideas on display and the staff are so helpful!
