Won the steak insanity competition. We had never been before but absolutely cant fault the service or food. Both steaks cooked to perfection, sides and sauces were outstanding :) Service was spot on. Thankyou for having us, we will 100% be back soon.

Well where do I begin, a true little taste of Italy in Lancaster! Food on both visits to Molly's was outstanding if you want to get a true Italian pizza then Molly's is the place for you, not only that but the staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I can not recommend this enough I wish I lived closer!

We were late into town and they were about to close, but they cooked us up a very nice pizza and meatball dish. Very impressed with their service.

Quality food and really friendly, helpful staff. Also if it's not on the menu just ask ... can't beat it

Love this little gem! Been numerous times now, lunch times and evenings. I’ve introduced friends to this place too and they all love it! Never had a any complaints about food or service. It’s always been a pleasant reaturant to go to. The staff work hard and do their very best to accommodate the customers. I won’t hesitate to recommend Mollys to my clients at work and friends alike!

Last minute meal out for myself & my partner on Saturday evening, most of our usual venues we're all fully booked. So we resorted to google and came across Molly's. We both really fancied an Italian so we thought we'd give it a try. We we're absolutely overjoyed that we had, the staff we're very friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, the service was quick and most importantly the food was delicious. We will defiantly be returning.

Fantastic food, beautiful environment, charming and genuine staff. I can't recommend Molly's enough. Even the coffee is very very good indeed!

In my opinion this is Lancaster's best Italian restaurant.

Can not recommend this place enough. After coming across this place me and my partner have eaten here twice in three days. Coming from an Italian background myself, this has got to be the best Italian food I have had, except my families of course. Staff are welcoming and very polite. If I am back in the area again I will be revisiting this place. Thank you so much �

Another restaurant let us down tonight which led us to dining here. The meal was hot and very tasty. Staff were all very friendly and we even got a complementary drink to toast our friends birthday. Will definately be returning soon. �

Went last night with my friend. Ordered our food, I am a veggie so opted for the spinach and ricotta cannelloni. Meals came and I started to eat mine........beef lasagne!! I told my friend who informed a waitress and my food taken away, so then my friend had to eat her meal alone. My correct order came out approx 15 mins after our complaint by which time my friend had eaten hers and then my turn to eat alone. Staff apologised several times and yes my meal was deducted from bill but the point is, I am a veggie if I was allergic to something like shellfish etc god knows what would happen!!! Oh and tables that slant to a degree that my friend nearly ended up with everything in her lap

Place was freezing cold when we walked in and we sat with our coats on. Well those of us lucky enough to have them with us. Orders our drinks but they forgot mine so had to ask again. Don’t think the staff knew how to smile either. Oh except for the young man on the till when we paid our bill. Food came out quite quickly and the calamari I ordered was quite good however 2 of us were still eating when they decided they would start clearing the plates which we all found really rude. Brought out our main meals (there were 8 of us) I ordered chicken skewers and it was when I got to the end pieces I realised the chicken wasn’t cooked properly on them but the chips were lovely. Service charge of £2 each added to the bill and really felt ripped off by it to be fair as I only tip when had good service not poor service or rude service. Wouldn’t go back again. Always try and find a positive so the calamari was quite good and the chips were nice and 1 member of staff out of about 7 was friendly and polite

My steak was asked to be cooked medium when it came it was very rare by the time a waiter came every one had finished there meals we we down stairs and it was freezing, the table was booked 10 days earlier so we expected to be upstairs as one of our party had a broken foot in plaster but upstairs was full (7pm Saturday night) tried to complain to bald headed manager as directed to by server but he was now where to be seen! Very poor service and seemed under staffed. Not recommended

I was disappointed. There were so few staff that half of our starters came before everyone got their drinks, the other half of the starters came about 10 minutes later, by which time the first half would have gone cold. The same thing happened with the main meals. I ordered a steak which tasted like it had been frozen for weeks and microwaved to a luke warm temperature, so much for all fresh food! Finally, the toilets in there are absolutely disgusting and the decor is about 30 years old. Needs a revamp and more staff, on a positive note, the staff that served us were polite and attended to our needs the best they could
