On taking out my car insurance with this company , and following all the Terms and conditions , I didnt get my £20 voucher . On tell them they told me to contact the people that send them out. It was like Compare the Market telling me to contact the people that make the meerkats to get a gift. It was only £20 however dont advertise thing you dont deal with, they are quick enough to take the commission . Will I use them again , like hell.

My car insurance renewal went up so try quoting there. Ant they gave me cheapest quote £600 more than my renewal :D

I hate the way they make customers look stupid. I refuse to support a company that disrespects it's customers

Continue to ignore thousands of complaints regarding their inane adverts, they say any publicity is good publicity - This is an exception.
