The staff were absolutely amazing and really helpful, especially the female supervisor who is an impeccable member of staff, in which she did more than enough and went out her way. All food exceeded my expectations and was served with a smile off all staff! Couldn’t ask for a better service and I shall be returning!

The children loved it playing in the play area while food was being made, the food was all fresh and finished in no time, the play area was closed then (but it was around 9 pm so understood, but just to note the staff wee hoovering and cleaning it up) so we ordered milkshakes for them, slight delay- but it's a big family and they again enjoyed them. The staff were very attentive, both a young man and woman who served us were great, our tables were cleaned and wiped down in from of us twice. They served us beautifully, Will return again very soon. 😊

I said no ice in lemonade they didn't put any ice in either drinks ordered and also made me pay for an extra drink when we ordered 3 instead of 4. was served food everything at the same time all together. Would not recommend taking small children here! The kids play area is completely unsupervised by staff and the children are left to run riot. Went with my daughter awhile ago and had to leave after about 15 minutes as the older children were running and jumping through the soft play area and I didn't want to risk her getting hurt. It's a novel idea but you need proper supervision by trained staff, it's not enough to simply offer a play area if children are at risk of being injured. Unfortunately the parents of the children in question did nothing to stop their children either and continued to let them run riot. Would rather go to a properly supervised play centre. It's simply not worth the risk.

Tbh the service was shit and the staff were rude we payed for our meal but didn’t get the correct food spent over 50 quid and still got shit service. The staff doesn’t know how to deal with customers we paid for summit and they said we didn’t the manager does not deserve that place in Work all they were concerned about is the money that was coming from the party and didn’t bother with the other customers this hasn’t happened once it’s been repeated twice they need to act up like there working

We went by three families who ordered separate . We receive food in deferred combination how we ordered. So it's completely confuse us. After half hour when we didn't receive two meals we went to ask where are food and lady who was supervisor she start argue and she was very rude. I feel like I came to beg for food ! It's horrible. Never again and do not recommend !

The only nice thing was the steak ,the chips where dry and tasteless the nachos had crappy normal cheese instead of proper nacho cheese the staff where rude as hell didn't even know what they where doing half time too busy talking to each other and slagging customers off , the play area dirty plus we never even got to sit near it we were upstairs !�, The table was sticky like the bar of a pub and lastly to say this is a place for kids to eat and play there is no disabled access so how you expect parents with kids and pram to get up them steps ! Nearly broke my neck carrying my pram and I have sciatica ! Plus them steps are a death trap Skippy as hell

Staff did not know what they was doing some need to learn basic manners and customer service one was telling you one thing one telling you something else had to wait 45 mins for a table couldn't order drinks until I had a table some staff rude staff telling us to go up and get our own drinks and wait in the que in the middle of eating our food charged us extra for drinks when included in the meal so had to refund us told us it's because the manager wasn't in this week why they were so unorganised staff all stood around the top of the stairs chatting and laughing rather than asking customers if the food was ok waited long to get attention to ask for extra drinks no one brought us over salt vinegar or sauces didn't bring us over knifes or folks had to ask for them staff wearing tracks bottoms and trainers and no kids cutlery given to us either also one sofa to sit down in the whole soft play area and that was full wasn't allowed to sit anywhere else as said they were for party's also other customers were saying how bad and how unorganised it all was

Needs to be updated smells of sweat

The toilets are Disgusting in need of a good clean and a nice spray of air fresher

Wasted journey

Cash only -no cards

waste of money as its way to over priced for poor quality food

Poor children's meals

It was that bad the children left the food

My niece started to chew a chip n spat it out

Took the children mc Ds afterwards as the food was that horrible it all got wasted

Can not comment on the adult meals as we didn't eat

They might be nice but

Was really disappointing was to be served specially for a first time experience. No offence but they're are much nicer places than this.

Would not recommend taking small children here! The kids play area is completely unsupervised by staff and the children are left to run riot. Went with my daughter awhile ago and had to leave after about 15 minutes as the older children were running and jumping through the soft play area and I didn't want to risk her getting hurt. It's a novel idea but you need proper supervision by trained staff, it's not enough to simply offer a play area if children are at risk of being injured. Unfortunately the parents of the children in question did nothing to stop their children either and continued to let them run riot. Would rather go to a properly supervised play centre. It's simply not worth the risk.

Tbh the service was shit and the staff were rude we payed for our meal but didn’t get the correct food spent over 50 quid and still got shit service. The staff doesn’t know how to deal with customers we paid for summit and they said we didn’t the manager does not deserve that place in Work all they were concerned about is the money that was coming from the party and didn’t bother with the other customers this hasn’t happened once it’s been repeated twice they need to act up like there working

We are actually right here now. I'm really disappointed of this place. In first step everything was look fine but party get started when we order food. We went by three families who ordered separate . We receive food in deferred combination how we ordered. So it's completely confuse us. After half hour when we didn't receive two meals we went to ask where are food and lady who was supervisor she start argue and she was very rude. I feel like I came to beg for food ! It's horrible. Never again and do not recommend !

The only nice thing was the steak ,the chips where dry and tasteless the nachos had crappy normal cheese instead of proper nacho cheese the staff where rude as hell didn't even know what they where doing half time too busy talking to each other and slagging customers off , the play area dirty plus we never even got to sit near it we were upstairs !�, The table was sticky like the bar of a pub and lastly to say this is a place for kids to eat and play there is no disabled access so how you expect parents with kids and pram to get up them steps ! Nearly broke my neck carrying my pram and I have sciatica ! Plus them steps are a death trap Skippy as hell

Staff have got major attitude problems and food was cold when it arrived

Staff did not know what they was doing some need to learn basic manners and customer service one was telling you one thing one telling you something else had to wait 45 mins for a table couldn't order drinks until I had a table some staff rude staff telling us to go up and get our own drinks and wait in the que in the middle of eating our food charged us extra for drinks when included in the meal so had to refund us told us it's because the manager wasn't in this week why they were so unorganised staff all stood around the top of the stairs chatting and laughing rather than asking customers if the food was ok waited long to get attention to ask for extra drinks no one brought us over salt vinegar or sauces didn't bring us over knifes or folks had to ask for them staff wearing tracks bottoms and trainers and no kids cutlery given to us either also one sofa to sit down in the whole soft play area and that was full wasn't allowed to sit anywhere else as said they were for party's also other customers were saying how bad and how unorganised it all was

My niece started to chew a chip n spat it out

Took the children mc Ds afterwards as the food was that horrible it all got wasted

Can not comment on the adult meals as we didn't eat

They might be nice but

It's one of them u go once n don't return lol

Really disappointed. Food was bland. Staff seem in a rush to close up and go, even though over an hour to go till closing time. Paid for kids play areas and they ended up closing it earlier. This has happened twice now, won’t be coming back.
