is it true that your saving stamps expire, I thought you could keep them for as long as you wanted?

So disappointed, bought mini chicken satays 12 in a pack, to find there are only 10! Purchased from Riversway store Preston. Sent pic to Morrisons via Messenger but no response as yet.

Just read that you only honoured £70.00 of saving stamps out of £100.00 that a pensioner had saved up as her card was out of date! Shame on you !

Just read about the pensioner whom you refused to allow her to use a hundred pound saving stamps as they were out of date; as an act of goodwill you gave her seventy pounds. This a pensioner who saved all year, your store's action is nothing short of disgraceful! I think it is time you rethought your decision.

Just heard this on my Facebook this is disgusting Morrison’s sort it out .. I would most definitely not recommend!! I would not recommend doing the savers stamps!! My 80 year old mum has shopped here for many years, has always collected saving stamps to fill her card full, along with also collecting to fill a card for my brother. Today she went to do her shopping as she has been unable to get in since before Xmas, went to use her full card and was told she couldn’t use it!! As it had expired!! (I think the end of December) therefore only a couple of days ago!! Why they have expiry dates I will never know, at the end of the day you are still paying money into Morrison’s!! Now bear in mind my mum is 80 and wasn’t aware of this. She was told as a good will gesture she could have £70 instead of the £100 she had paid in!! So my 80 year old mum is £30 out of pocket which she can ill afford!! so thank you Morrison’s for your terrible customer service, and doing my mum out of £30!!

How can you take £30 off an 80 year old lady because you say HER saving stamps have expired. She has paid you HER money in advance of her shop so how can HER money expire? You should hang your head in shame, embarrassing her at the checkout as well as keeping £30 of her £100. By letting her spend £70 you knew she was in the right and accepted responsibility
