Mrs Bead hosts jewellery making parties for children but anyone from aged 5 to 105 can enjoy the fun of bead craft! The workshops are perfect for birthdays, school holidays, craft workshops, and wedding entertainment. Mrs Bead has 1000′s of beads and specialist tools to enable you to design and create your own jewellery and accessories and provides gifts, party bags and party invitations when you book a party!

Well done to everyone who came along to the mini workshops at Leaping Lizards Play Centre on Wednesday and made lots of Back To School and personalised accessories. I had such a good time and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there afterwards - scrumptious! if you missed me, there is more beading today at Barlick Beach, the last session of the school holidays! Xx
I'm back at Barlick Beach tomorrow, Friday 24th August - on the final day of this fabulous holiday destination! It's speedily approaching my 5th anniversary of trading as Mrs Bead and I'm feeling rather privileged to be receiving some very valuable FREE support from a government funded Business Advisor who personally chose to help me after a brief meeting well over a year ago! He never forgot the potential of the beads and so, as promised, I'm spending every spare minute doing my bit and tonight I've been working on my Mrs Bead product manual, a comprehensive guide to all my Mrs Bead beadables. It has been such good fun trawling the photo gallery and remembering all the fun we've had so far....
It's tomorrow! I'm really looking forward to returning to Leaping Lizards Play Centre in Clitheroe for fun sessions making personalised Back to School Accessories including school bag charms! Ring the centre to book you place xxxxx

Wow! Today's Beads & Weeds workshop at our lovely premises, The Old Grammar School in Earby, was such a success and everyone was so proud of their very own beautiful fairy gardens! The session started with an informative guide to some of the best medicinal herbs and we got to touch, smell and taste them before planting a selection and decorating our pots to create these magical pieces! I loved everyone's beaded fairies and elves and your suncatchers were bedazzling! Well done everyone! It was great to work alongside the talented medical herbalist Danielle Kay xxxx
Alongside a very busy personal schedule in the lead up to Christmas, Mrs Bead's diary is already looking super busy with oodles of parties and workshops already booked in....eek! Exciting times!
Happy birthday to Nixie, who was so excited about her party celebrations that she woke up at 4.30am! There was certainly no sign of her being tired by 11am though and she made some stunning creations along with her lovely friends. I adored their head band and bracelet sets and they also made window decorations and keyrings! It was so nice chatting to mum too and I really hope to see you all again soon! I'm so glad I took my unicorn charms over to Baildon where Eloise's and her friends had a fantastic time making beaded bookmarks, bag charms bracelets and suncatchers - even the cuddly toys joined in with us! I'm sure the World Of David Walliams would be very impressed with Gangsta Granny inspired bookmarks - awesome stuff! #mrsbead #DavidWalliams #GangstaGranny
Personalised bag charms amd bookmarks are proving to be a big hit at the moment and I adored these creations made at Leah's special birthday party in Clitheroe. I also loved their dragonfly necklaces which they were all so proud to wear straight away! What a fantastic day Mrs Bead had at The Dock Museum in Barrow-in-Furness yesterday. It's a bit further affeild than my usual summertime venues but great to meet lots of new people and see their wonderful sea-themed creations come alive! We made fish suncatchers, mermaid keyrings and bracelets and everyone did an amazing job! Thank you to the museum staff for inviting me along and promoting the event - I heard it was in newspapers and on the radio! Great day!
