We love the Salad box's. They're so fresh and delicious and so reasonable.

The sandwiches and baps are amazing - the only downside is that it's always packed during lunch time

5* service and food everytime! I visit Muffins often and never leave disappointed! The efficient staff are amazing and are always so friendly and helpful. The selection of the salad is better than I’ve ever seen in any other shop and always so fresh as well as the baps/rolls not to mention the noodles off the Wok which are just as good! All for such a reasonable price too! I can only highly recommend this place!!!

I don't know what has happened to the customer service but it is awful. The staff just argue with you. All the new sandwich shops opening up in Colwyn Bay recently seems to be putting this very well established business to shame. I know lots of people who have stopped going there.

Very impressive menu however after putting a large order in for delivery today, it turned up an hour late and it was cold & wrong. My jacket potato with beans & cheese came as cheese & tomato & the potato was not cooked properly (still hard on one side) but suppose thats a better effort than the person I was with who didnt receive the cheese & ham toastie she had ordered at all. Shocking service.

Used to love the baps and service from here. We went daily when working. The rude lady in there this morning has put me off ever going again. Such a shame for a great little business.
