I work in the wedding business and lots of clients get their engagement rings from Mumtaz Jewellers so I made a point to visit when it was time to buy one myself. Initial impressions are that the shop is easy to find, large, and nice to look round. Obviously everyone who makes this shopping trip will find Mumtaz Jewellers. But clearly browsing turns to buying, because as I got chatting to the staff I felt that anyone would be comfortable buying their ring from these guys.



All the staff I met there were extremely helpful, particularly making sure I got the right ring. (I changed my mind and had a different one set at no charge, which I'm extremely grateful for.) He said that she'd be wearing it for the rest of her life, so I had to be happy with it. Which is exactly what you're looking for, right?

I recently came across the advert on social media and I decided to try it. Went over to the shop, the people were really friendly and had a wide variety of designs for all sorts of jewellery available. I ordered a ring which was ready for me before promised, the item was really a top quality product plus within reasonable prices! Too much labour and hidden charges...

For 1 item been charged price of two... not recommended..... � Even it’s bit hard to understand the gold calculation but if any one wants to buy Make sure and check all aspects at least from others as well.

Extremely bad customer service to a returning customer within a day and very poor communication. Not recommended as our previous experience.
