Another good day at the gym. Gonna do a few extra classes tomorrow cause the footballs on Wednesday.

MenŌĆÖs class is on 7pm. Get down and give it a try if youŌĆÖve not been before. Classes are Monday Wednesday Friday 7pm. Or Monday to Friday 6am ┬Ż5 a class pay as you go ¤źŖ¤źŖ

Went here tonight with my 4 year old as he is really into boxing he had a great night and John was great with the boys will definitely be returning and my son can't wait to go back!!
Very few people get Chance to be trained by a genuine world class fighter at Murray machines that's exactly what you get ! Everyone gets the full attention of John regardless of what level your at and he 100% brings the best out of you !!
Tried this place once and was instantly addicted. Brought my kids along to the kids classes and they loved it too. My Mrs isn't really into training but told her to give it a try, she loves it and now goes every week. It's not often I throw this expression around, but this is probably the best gym in the world.
Took my 4 year old son last night for the first time, he loved it, all the boys helped him at the beginning of the class to reach things and shown him what to do ’┐Į great facilities and the best teaching .. he went to bed asking to go boxing everyday and has woke up saying the same thing ’┐Į
Iv loved every session from day one to week 8 with Murray's training for my fight Friday 16th September. Massive appreciation for your hard work With me making me the little fighter I am today ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į I can't wait to see where the future with boxing with you takes me on my next journey ’┐Į’┐Į
Iv been taking my son down to the sessions here. He's doing 5 and a half hours a week and paying less than ┬Ż10 for it. I feel like wearing a balaclava when I pay. The standard of coaching is very high and can't recommend it enough. Top gaff.
Great place. Really welcoming for newcomers of all abilities.
Great place great atmosphere and John is a great trainer! The ladies class is brill and really enjoyable! Feel like I do more in one session with John than I do going to the gym 3 times in a week!! Will defo be continuing the class hopefully there will be more than one ladies class a week soon. Defo recommend to anyone looking to get into shape or just to make you feel good about yourself!! Well done John an Jody top place ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į xxx
