Working with a traditional wood fired oven, the Mwah concept employs traditional wood fired cooking, with a modern twist. Our oven and our team throw pizzas bigger, quicker and tastier than ever before.

We started with a small homemade oven in the backyard making pizzas at every given opportunity, having exhausted family and friends (the most critical of customers) with more pizza than you could shake a pizza paddle at, we knew we were onto a winner with our concept and cooking.

As our obsession grew we knew we wanted to create something with a difference. Whoever said size doesn’t matter obviously hasn’t tried our pizza. Commissioning our custom made oven, we designed and built our own and totally unique wood fired oven, allowing us to create delicious traditional pizzas and the UK's FIRST 40" WOOD FIRED PIZZA.
