Just wanted to post a review to reassure people about delivery, I saw all the negative reviews after I ordered and was so worried! I placed an order on Sunday evening and received it today (Wednesday) and I only paid for standard delivery!

A really great service, the prices are excellent, especially for such high quality products. I'm particularly impressed with the 5htp/inositol. I had bought this elsewhere previously & did not find it very effective. The Myvitamins branded product is brilliant, it definitely helps with going off to sleep & I am not at all drowsy the next day. Shipping is super fast & I had great update emails throughout the process. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Very happy with delivery - goods dispatched and delivered very quickly. However I wrote a review for the product as requested by email a few days later and it still has not been posted. Perhaps that was because it was very critical of their packaging. Product is in HUGE plastic bottles with a small quantity of tablets and a lot of air! Such a waste! I suggest they review their packaging in light of the crisis which exists with plastic waste.

The stars given are for logistics. I ordered 4 vitamins to Thailand with non-tracked service and received in 1 month. This is quite acceptable since I was not in a rush and it was not registered post. Will take the vitamins and share the result in the comment section.

received vitamins which are almost expired

Placed ordered on 25/11 and still no dispatch. I keep emailing for an update- my reply is always a sorry with no update at all.



Yet I still get multiple emails a day encouraging me to purchase all their great offers. Very bad service and marketing. Considering the money has been taken out of my account and I still have no goods even dispatched I feel conned.

Order placed on the 20th November. Still not received. Where is my order? I've made 3 calls and each time I've been told delays at warehouse. Order still not received and it's the 6th December

I placed an order with this company 3 days ago and it was near to £50, it was., whereby I was informed I qualified for next day delivery and still haven't received it.., today the 11th - I'd rather have my money back and go elsewhere, in future and the message I sent to them, they couldn't even bother to reply to, letting me know the whereabouts of my order too!
