Would like to thank all the staff that served us last night and the manager Mike. It was my brothers 30th Birthday meal a party of 15 including a wheelchair the staff where very friendly and welcoming. Every thing from the starters to the cake was amazing staff couldn't do any more for us we will be visiting again.

We visited Nando's Widnes this afternoon and decided to have the Fino Platter. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, open and welcoming. The stag are all friendly, courteous and helpful. When our order was taken the manager came over to say our meal was on the house because we are such frequent customers. We have visited Nando's regularly for months. The Fino Platter was a delicious feast of whole spatchcock, chicken with sweet potato wedges , roasted vegetables, coleslaw sweet corn and so much more. We will visit again soon and would recommend this restaurant to anyone of any age. Thank you. ����

Want to congratulate the management at nandos tonight after trying to order a take away online the app was down, then waited ages for a takeaway in store. The manager followed me out to my car and gave me a voucher for two free meals. Well done for your great customer service

Offered a choice of tables to sit at, really enjoyed my chicken in mango and lime, my granddaughter enjoyed her food too, staff were friendly and although they forgot to bring her Ice cream, they did get one for her when reminded.

Me and my partner came here yesterday. We were seen to right away by a friendly waitress who took us to our table and helped us with the seats (I was in a w/chair). We ordered our meals and didn't have to wait long and it was lovely. We were looked after very well. The only thing I would say is, as we had not been before....we were actually waiting for the waitress to come to the table to take our order! Maybe a "have you been before?" would've helped but now we know!! Will be coming back soon :)

I've been this Nando's about a hundred times An only experienced disappointment 3 times! Today being one of them � I can honestly say the staff couldn't of handled my complaint any better! I hate complaining but these guys make you feel like it's not a problem and can't do enough for you'! Thank you to all the staff �� keep up the good work Guys... x

Exelent staff in this Nando's . Can't do enough for you . Little fella fell over before we got in there , sorted him out with plasters and stuff and then waited on him like he was royalty ! Food Exelent in a very busy restaurant! Well done guys x

The first time my wife and I had been to Nando's we really enjoyed the experience and food. Will definitely be returning. Would have given 5 stars but waiting 40 minutes for our meals seemed a little bit too long.

I went here yesterday with my son and little grandson, i dont really go to nandos, my son is a fan, and he took me, we had hummouse to start and butterfly chicken I had chips my son had mash and rice, my grandson had garlic bread, it was all very nice. But my one niggle was I was only half way threw my starter, and they brought the chicken out, and the starter was big, i would share one next time, but you should be able to eat your starters then maybe they could do your chicken, I felt rushed,as my food was going cold, that's why I didn't give a 5 star, and I had water to drink, and got the smallest glass ever, why not give same glasses as the soft drinks,

Great meal as always. Bit disappointed I wasn't able to book a table on Sunday afternoon as it was my sons birthday........ when I arrived and requested a particular table I was told I couldn't have it because it was booked??? this left me a little confused and a bit angry..... get your systems sorted please Nando's so your team all sing from same hymn sheet

As always the staff at Widnes Nandos are more interested in gossiping with their friends than working. The food was top notch as always it's just the service. The line to order (restaurant was empty) was long because the cashier was gossiping with a friend and not taking orders. Then orders were overlooked. I have complained to Nandos.

10 of us for my grandsons birthday...no acknowledgment of his birthday as in a happy birthday or a free dessert for him...staff wer friendly...good job we booked as the que was outside...they forgot a starter had to tell them...forgot to bring dessert out which when it came after a reminder it was appalling a small square..no cream/ ice cream at a price of £2.50 ud expect somethin with it the table only got cleared when we wer going home...we spend around £150..dont agree with your reward cards that it doesnt matter how much u spend u only get 1 chilli per day...spendin that much ud expect a little more

Wasn't too busy when we were there 12/2/18, thought tables were too close to others, crammed in like sardines!, food was great and not too much time waiting. Ice machine was being worked on so had no ice, which is a pain and was quite cold- too much air conditioning!!

Only second time to Nando’s ever, visited Saturday night around 6.30 and won’t be rushing back. Standing in a cold doorway until you can get in for a seat as they don’t do table bookings is not fun, Wanted to try the halloumi only to be told it was sold out and since you need to stand in cue to order your then put on the spot to hurry up and choose something else.. was handed a dirty glass and then had to try find clean cutlery from the condiment station. Toilets need checked more often as they needed a clean down and toilet roll re filled. Had a glass of wine would have liked another but wasn’t going to stand in a huge cue for it. I’m definitely a Fan of table service service so Nando’s is not for me.

My 3year old son was with us whilst dining, asked for a straw for his drink, to which the response was "we dont have straws" no sorry or anything. Which this resulted to our son spilling his juice all over himself and the table. So when we asked for assistance they handed us the blue towelling to clear up!!!! We then moved seats which wasnt a problem. The ice machine was out of order and no napkins out so had to ask! Poor service with not a care in the world for customers with young children.

Widnes Nando's was awful went with my 6year old son was told we could sit anywhere so we did for the lad to throw down menu and just walk off ordered meal which came quick for my son plain chicken to have some kind of spice on there was 7 chips on his plate his garlic bread was burnt as for my chicken pita and rice the rice was cold then waited for 20 minutes for sons lolly ice which I ended up asking for at till and just walking out safe to say I will not be going back

The place is filthy, the floor was very slippery and full of food, queues very long to place order which took 10 minutes because the girl behind the till couldn’t take the order correctly. When the food eventually came 2 orders were wrong and the chicken was dry. This was the first time I have ever been to Nando’s and I can assure you that I will not be returning
