We're currently looking for entry level homes in the Crewe area. We like to refurbish houses to a good standard, before letting them out for fixed term rentals.
We believe that if we treat out tenents well, they will treat our properties well.
Generally, all our homes will be double glazed with new or re-furbished central heating, kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, carpets & freshly decorated.
We prefer to offer un-furnished homes, and due to the new decor, we don't allow dogs etc. or smoking in the house.
