Tyre & Exhaust fitter.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a tyre/exhaust fitter to join our fast fit team at Newbold Tyres. Experience in tyre/exhaust fitting preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
... Must have good communication skills, be confident and be able to work idependently using their own initiative and as part of a team.
Duties will include: ~ Fitting/repairing tyres to various vehicles from car to light commerical ~ Fleet inspections, checking,recording & adjustment of tyre pressures ~ Organised managment of tyre stock levels ~ Efficient control of tyre reports & paperwork ~ Attending to customers at their premises and at the road side repairing/replacing tyres
MUST have a full CLEAN driving licence and be over 21 for insurance purposes 2 years+ experience driving long wheelbase sprinter type vans
Succesfull candidate will have to undergo a full DBS check.
This is a Full time positon 44.5hrs per week Mon - Sat plus any overtime when required.

A quad has been stolen from Newbold Tyres in Rochdale, just before 7pm on 9th August. 😡
It's a 17plate red Honda Foreman 500 with a fitted front winch
... It's caught on cctv. There where 3 lads, 2 white and 1 Asian. The van they put it in was White Ford transit Reg- BX11 GCU

The best place to go for great service. I used to live behind the garage on the estate & started using this garage years ago. I moved away to Royton but still make the effort to drive over if I need help with a puncture in my tyre & to get a new one. Best prices too & the staff are friendly always trust them to do a great job nothing is too much trouble. Great work lads will keep coming back � happy customer!

Second time I have used the garage, brilliant service .Having got a flat tyre with my young child in the car, they came changed my tyre and fixed all within an hour. Thank you!

Jimmy, the owner, is a really great man! I took my car today for tracking to be done. The nuts were seized but he didn't give up. What would normally be a 5 minute job took him about an hour and he didn't charge a penny more - he even used gas to heat up the bolts. Great, great man. Polite, professional, a great example of a great local business which has been around a few decades! Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, I went in at 12.30pm having spoke to the very polite manager Jim, & from the moment I arrived the service & friendliness of all the staff was brilliant. The mechanic Micheal was very efficient & carried out the repair work on my exhaust in 2 hours & I was able to drive away a very happy customer indeed. Don't hesitate to go to Newbold Tyres there excellent.

Fantastic service thanku jimmy and Michael I was stranded within half an hour I'm driving again a full repair on the spot, thanku so much x
