We are a premier strength and conditioning facility situated in Walkden, Worsley on the outskirts of Manchester.
Open 7 days a week, we provide a multitude of strength and conditioning training for everyone in group classes, team and one to one training.
We have an experienced team of coaches and experts on board to ensure you get fitter, faster and stronger together.

You will become a part of a community who push one another with support and determination to defy all odds and accomplish what was once deemed impossible.

- 5, 000 square foot unit
- Large changing and shower facilities
- Full time open gym area
- Access to large area outdoors for training outside
- Comfortable communal area to relax and catch up
- Large concept communal mezzanine area overlooking the gym floor
- Fully equipped with functional equipment
- Kitchen access for members

Location:

- Easily accessible from the motorway
- Off the main road situated on a trading estate with minimal traffic
- Currently the only official CrossFit affiliate in Worsley
- Large outdoor space
- Car parking available in front of the unit
- Multiple bus routes available and bus stop outside Unit estate
- 10 min walk from Walkden Train / Coach Station
