Nhs Blood Donation

Staff were exceptional, put me at ease. Never once felt uncomfortable and the donation went without a hitch.

Not even a hint of a bruise the following day

Staff are great here, cannot compliment them enough on informing about how the process works, looking after you whilst donating and in recovery. Parking is available at the back of the hospital or if you display your donor card in the window of your car can park anywhere on site. All in all a faultless service. Well done team!

Only visited four times so far to donate platelets but well looked after on each occasion.

Just given my first platelet donation...the staff were superb! Explained everything clearly and confidently...nothing was too much trouble, they looked after me very well! Anyone thinking of doing this...do it! It was very easy :) Thank you once again to the fabulous staff there at the centre! :)

I've been donating here for nearly four years now and the staff have always been very nice and efficient. Everyone should get their bums down here and give some blood!

I give platelets every 6 weeks or so, the staff at Lancaster are great, always make you feel welcome & at ease. ����� Its so easy, just takes a little of your time, not much to ask is it?

I give platelets as often as I can . You never know when you may need it yourself.

Warm and friendly staff who always make you feel welcome with a smile and a brew.

I gave blood for the first time this week after years of putting it off because I don't like needles. I wish I had started years ago. The staff are brilliant. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Completed all of my donations here and will continue to do so! Staff are always friendly and helpful; with nothing being too much!
