A successful weekend at Stroud & District Autograss club for BAS round 2. First event for NWTS and Kingpin tyres and what a successful one it was. The feedback we received on the new compound tyres was all positive and the results in the races showed it. Car B16H junior saloon driven by Toby Chamberlin had 2 heat wins and a second place to qualify for the final then drove fantastic to take the chequered flag and take the trophy home. Customer called asking for advice on an all terrain tyre for their 4x4 thats on a farm and pulls a horse trailer to shows. We chose the Maxxis AT771 tyre and what a difference it makes. This customer went into a well known reputable garage and got told that this tyre was unrepairable. The price he was quoted for a new tyre was extortionate so he phoned around a few places before phoning NWTS. After ordering a tyre with us we went out to find that the puncture was in fact repairable so the new tyre went back in the van and the customer was on his way within 40 minutes with a repaired tyre.
