Went for the first time yesterday for the disability swim session - really enjoyed it and it’s now a must for Sunday afternoon. Staff were really helpful and friendly

User

Watched Ed Sheeran tribute last night it was very good and staff were very helpful as we were celebrating a friends 60th birthday party fab night had by all 😊

User

Watched Aladdin tonight, was fantastic, best pantomime ever seen, not laughed like that in a long time, my daughters loved it as well, definitely worth a visit.

This is a fantastic venue! For theatre productions and any kind of show the facilities, including backstage are professional standard. Bar and seating great. Good parking and even if full, there’s more over the road. I’m a gym member and the range of facilities is superb

Really great PiYo session with Stefan this morning. Feel like all of my body was toned today and came out feeling ready for the day ahead and chilled and revitalised at the same time

Northwich Memorial Court is a really good place to go for the gym, swimming and the spa. The facilities are perfect and the Staff are always friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going for a few years now , daily If I can , and there hasnt been 1 day I have experienced any difficulties. Well done team !!

I went to the under 5 fun swim this morning with my son and was amazed at the difference! We haven’t been for a while and the rather feeble floats and watering cans (which were never that much fun!) have been replaced with some really interesting, exciting toys. The floor was at the perfect height for my son to really enjoy playing with the shaped floats, ducks, bricks etc. Massive improvement, well done Brio 😀👌

First visit to Northwich pool today. Really friendly reception staff, lovely pool, clean changing rooms and then had a lovely sandwich, drink and crisps for £1.50 as part of the special deal for lunchtime swims. Lady in the cafe was really nice too. Thank you Northwich brio!

Visited again last night to watch Young Farmers Entertainments Final. Brilliant setting with plenty of free parking. Personally I would have liked to have been able to purchase a hot drink, even if just from a vending machine!! Last night it was unbearably hot, yet two weeks prior cool! Otherwise perfect.

Sold tickets to a full pool, well done Brio

Queued up for ages this afternoon. Asked for and was sold a family ticket for the small pool. Changed and showered then told that small pool full! Complained to front desk only to be told a sign had been put out. Why on earth was I sold tickets to the small pool then! We lasted 30mins in the large pool, too cold and deep for our kids that cant swim. Not happy with front desk customer service.

Today I went into northwich memorial court brio to register my daughter who was 4 2 weeks ago for swimming lessons. 3 members of staff helped me out all 3 asked her age so said she was 4 2 weeks ago, took money, set up direct debit ect all done, went this evening to her first lesson, to which the teacher got out of the pool to tell me she's too young and shouldn't have been allowed to join as she can't follow instructions bare in mind she's never been in a swimming pool before in her life not sure what she expected from my daughter.. I now have a very disappointed child and a swimming kit that was a complete waste of money, when I should have been told by one of the 3 members of staff this morning she wasn't old enough, she can't join the below group as she's too young and only on in school hours.. the manager didn't have much to say either. I and neither will my children use the brio again was the first and the last time, Disgusting service.

Really, really poor efficiency in getting through to the changing area for the 10:00 am swim lessons. These are clearly the busiest of the day and yet had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get a printed bar code to get through the turnstiles.

This just is not good enough, and people were having trouble getting the barcode to scan....

Brio, if you are going to put procedures in place make damn sure that the technology is up to speed, which clearly it isn't, the card issued has a bar code why can't this be used instead of having to queue.

You clearly need to be brought into the 21st century.........

Memorial Court run by Northwich Centurions (who get whatever they want/demand) whilst Brio management run scared and pander to their every need. Northwich Centurions want some extra pool space for half a dozen swimmers, of course we will just roll over and let them have half the pool and cram twice as many of the paying public into the other half as they are considered 2nd rate to Northwich Centurions. Why bother with a swimming survey asking what the public want when you'll just roll over and give the pool over to Centurions!
